Horrible experience and design with…

Horrible experience and design with their gold hoops earrings. I have bought 2 pairs of the gold hoops and both times the clasps have come undone without touch and cause the earring to get lost ultimately wasting my money on this crappy clasp design. I want some sort of recourse for this design flaw that caused me thousands.

It’s not gold filled it’s very thin and…

It’s not gold filled it’s very thin and super light. The needle that goes into your ear hole is very flimsy, I have to be extra careful not to accidentally bend it because it’s one bend away from breaking off. I bought the celebration ball studs. They use very little gold to keep their prices low I guess. None of their jewelry is gold filled it’s gold shell.
