Oqoro: A modern housing solution for drug dealers; Grave négligence – Conditions de vie dangereuses ignorées par OQORO

Je suis actuellement locataire d’un appartement géré par OQORO (25 Boulevard de Larramet, Toulouse), et mon expérience a été profondément inquiétante.

Entre juin et décembre 2024, mes colocataires et moi avons vécu dans un environnement dangereux et insalubre. Un colocataire consommait et revendait de la drogue, nous menaçait verbalement, et a tenté de m’agresser avec un couteau en novembre. Les toilettes étaient bouchées pendant des semaines, des vers étaient présents, et la boîte aux lettres était cassée.

Malgré de nombreux signalements (avec preuves, photos et recommandations de la police), OQORO n’a pris aucune mesure pendant plus de 4 mois. Ils n’ont réagi que lorsque deux nouveaux locataires ont refusé d’emménager après avoir vu l’état déplorable de l’appartement. À aucun moment ils n’ont informé les nouveaux arrivants de la situation, ni proposé de solution d’urgence.

J’ai déjà saisi :

La gestion d’OQORO est non seulement négligente, mais aussi irresponsable. Aucune garantie de sécurité ou de respect pour les locataires. J’entame aujourd’hui des démarches juridiques, mais je souhaite aussi alerter publiquement les autres locataires potentiels.

I am currently a tenant in an apartment managed by OQORO (25 Boulevard de Larramet, Toulouse), and my experience has been deeply distressing.

Between June and December 2024, my roommates and I lived in extremely unsafe and unsanitary conditions. One roommate was openly using and dealing drugs, issued verbal threats, and attempted to assault me with a knife in November. The toilet remained blocked for weeks, there were maggots in the apartment, and the mailbox was broken.

Despite multiple reports—complete with photo evidence and police recommendations—OQORO took no action for over 4 months. They only responded when two new tenants refused to move in after witnessing the unacceptable state of the property. At no point were incoming tenants informed of the risks, nor was any emergency solution offered to existing residents.

I have already filed complaints with:

SignalConso (DGCCRF)

ADIL (Housing Legal Aid)

My embassy and consulate

OQORO’s management is not only negligent, but irresponsible. No concern for tenant safety or legal obligations. Legal action is underway, but this public warning is also necessary.

Avoid this agency if you value your safety.

If there was a zero star I would give it... Complete scam, especially when it comes to deposit ... My EDL of entry and leaving were exactly the same yet oqoro just decided to not return the deposit ...

Not recomendable-- bad customer service.-- Poor communication -- They will make things up and eat your money! LIterally.
Just donot ever trust OQORO. Apart from everything, They were suppsed to reimburse 900euro. 900euro. There were proof in the Entrance and the Exit invenotry that we could prove, and the Agent AUDRY - She also confirmed, there were no damages done, and nothing to pay. bad customer service.
Noah Perrot (OQORO)said that I will receive money after 1month of exit, after 2 months of exit, they said, they handed over the money to owner.

But this people made some additonal charges, and tells that there damages in the property, it has been 02 months.

Guys, Go to ECC France - SignalConso - Consumer authority - Even policy and complain about these guys.

I even trusted such agents as LivinInFrance who recomended these people.

We had an entrance at 12pm and they gave me the key 4pm, and they never ever took responsibility for that.

Getaway from these people. Most of 4-5stars are fake as well.
