The worst experience ever I’ve had with openpay, making an order was fine, making payments was fine, but when it came to needing help about a refunded order horrible service it took days for somebody to answer and even weeks to get it sorted take the trust out of ordering and wondering if anybody can help properly when needed

Very easy to set up and amazing communication

I prefer to other lending as you have a month to pay rather than weekly or fortnightly which means you can usually pay in full b4 the months out! Great idea!!

I’ve been using Openpay a long time an I absolutely love it would highly recommend.

my experience is great for openpay..it gives me an opportunity to pay other time without having a big outlay ...keep up the good work openpay...it be nice in future if there was an opportunity to have an electronics store like waters and stanton ..or martin lynch and sons where I could buy amateur radio equipment ..that be really nice ....anyway thankyou again openpay keep up the good work ..from frank

I used Open Pay for a die cutting collection to make payment easier. It was very easy to set up and payments have been taken without me having to do anything further. Great service.

It allows me to buy things and spread the cost. Always advises on upcoming payments.

Open-pay works for me. Due to medical conditions I do ALL of my shopping online and find OPENPAY convenient and I like it. I get "friendly reminders" by text telling when a few days ahead of time when a payment is due and since I have a busy current account and so like to know when monies are due to leave my account. My shopping habit online is regular though the amounts coming out monthly are small amounts. OF COURSE THESE ADD UP so "budget" keenly. Honestly, I like using OPENPAY and so, I will continue using it happily.

Very straight forward to apply! When you are excepted it’s very clear to understand what your payments are and when they are due, you even get a message a few day before telling you your monthly payment is due! Also you can pay early and clear it sooner and that is very easy to do
