Has started to take unauthorized payments from my card 3months after my payment plan ended
3 higher amounts in 1day
Yet no phone number to contact them . Stay clear of this company would give no stars if option

Openpay have stolen money from me!

Openpay have stolen money from me!

Today Openpay have just taken 2 payments of £148.80 & £148.90 when my contract with them ended in Dec!!! I have tried to contact the numbers and they all don't work - I've contacted the Australian OpenPay and they say they cant do anything about it! - This is Fraud!

I ever had a problem till now can't get into my account says no internet connection but I have internet connection all I want is to pay last payment and close my account no customer service and no phone number that works it's not good sort it out openpay other I will be reporting this company to the papers

STAY WELL CLEAR! AWFUL COMMUNICATION

I've tried to contact this company multiple times.

I used them to pay for a vet bill. I've then changed my card details and tried to login to update my bank details. I'm unable to access my account due to not receiving my password reset.

Now I'm getting a message from my bank everyday telling me they're trying to take money from my account.

Awful service and concerned that they're going to try and take more money from me.

Avoid!!!!!!

Cannot contact them. Haven't received my item which has been refunded weeks ago but I've still not had it through from openpay. No way to contact them. Filled in feedback form and they replied weeks later with an FAQ link which was zero help what so ever.

Easy to use company

Easy to use company, one of the easiest company’s I’ve used. Text messages just before each payment to let you know how much is being taken and when. A text at the end of the agreement to let you know it’s all done finished up. Couldn’t of been any easier

Do not use this company ....still trying to bill me for a product ive not received, you can not contact them at all , emails are 4 month reply , no phone number , customer services are so rude when they finally reply give it a wide berth !

IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT

Been trying to contact this company every day for over 3 weeks and haven’t heard back from them.
You would of thought they would make contact with me by now, can’t make payment as can’t change bank card details. but instead all they keep doing is requesting £*** (full amount owed)TWICE every morning from my bank and also now added charges for late payment.
It’s extremely frustrating and the stress is affecting my mental health. I feel ill with worry

Only giving the one star to write a review

This company is absolutely appalling.i have just had 234 pounds taken from my account by these people,without authorisation,which has now cleared out my bank balance.the phone number they give you doesn't work and submit request takes ages.the sad fact is my account is on hold due to hardship.

Does not deserve the 1 star given to leave a review

I have had to rate as one star to leave a review but it should be Zero.
This company took 10 × £7.50 out of my account and took a long time to answer my requests to inform me why. They said it was late payment fee. I checked my bank statements and there were no reversal of payments due to insufficient funds. Shortly after my bank account was hacked and I had a new card. I have repeatedly requested, using the one email they responded to, asking for their bank details to pay by standing order, so they cannot abuse my account again. However, they will not divulge this information and now all I get is 'no reply' payment reminders. I am considering reporting them to the financial ombudsman. Have read that their 31 uk members of staff will be redundant by September this year. That is probably why, when you try to contact their "Friendly Customer Service", they can only respond with automated questions they think you will want answering to your queries and the phone number does not work.
So dissatisfied and disappointed as they were brilliant before they moved to new premises at beginning of year.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They owe me money after I returned an item to the retailer. They don't respond to my emails and the phone number doesn't work. The retailer has refunded OpenPay, but I have had to prove to the retailer that OpenPay has taken all my payments, despite the fact that they owe me 50% of the money back. I am now waiting for the retailer to sort this. Shocking company!!!

Poor customer service

Thought this was going to be a good way to pay for something and even get a reminder when the payment is due. Never had a problem till this month; they've not taken the payment despite the funds sitting there waiting. Have tried to contact them through their website but got no response & email bounces back. Tried to ring them but it doesn't work. Won't be using these again
