Retailer hasn't given refund for product sent back over 2 months ago. Openpay can't get in contact with them either however Openpay keep taking money even though they stated they would place the payments on hold while this issue will be escalated. So i'm basically paying for an item i no longer have and they are no help at all. AVOID!!!!

I like openpay but I’ve recently noticed that lookfantastic doesn’t have this option anymore is there a reason for this?

Open pay WAS amazing I never had a problem with them. However, I’ve read up articles saying they no longer offer Openpay at shops in the UK as they have pulled out. Yet when I’ve emailed them to ask why they aren’t any store no more they are just saying they’re updating the website when this isn’t the case.

Great service with Openpay dealt with my query quickly and resolved what I asked.

They were very good but suddenly disappeared from all shops so May as well move to competitors!

Really easy to use. The customer service was excellent, my query was dealt with quickly and effectively. I was pleasantly surprised at how straightforward the process was.

Awful, no customer service.
I called to ask where jd etc had gone.....
Now all stores are gone and its all healthcare/dentistry.

As stated by others ALL SHOPS have disappeared and now only seems to be healthcare services available lol. Absolute joke!!

I used Openpay a lot. I’ve gone on today and there’s no shops??? What the hell???

Really has gone down hill! Majority of the shops I used before, have all gone. Doesn't give you the option to pay with openpay anymore. And the ones that are still there, I am getting declined. Never missed a payment, even paid before due date. You have lost a loyal customer. Will no longer be using!

Elle McPherson was kind and understanding when I run into some payment difficulties due to some workplace troubles. She was very helpful and offered me as much help and support as I needed, what a lovely company and what amazing staff! 5*!

Open pay is great to use , always easy to contact customer service and they will always help if you need to change payment date . Would def recommend Open pay as a company they are amazing and very helpful xx

I've been using them openpay for several years now recently I had some finical problems which would have effected me making payments I got in touch with openpay and they went all out to help, they changed payment dates and I had no late fees. Very helpful and friendly service. I would totally recommend using this app. They can only get better
