I bought a pair of trade in LRF binoculars, which turned out to be a mistake. The support people were as helpful as ever trying to help with the issues, but took them back and gave me a full credit, which I put towards the Hawke ones that I should have bought in the first place.

Bought a scope
Bought a scope , good price, also you can change it if not quite what you expected. (Can’t see it happen though as ‘well pleased!’ Had something in the past go wrong in a chronograph , item was changed straight away , no fuss and within days ! This is a good firm to deal with , with some great money saving offers ! I would deal with them again !

Honest and professional
Initial purchase online was so easy to complete.The delivery time was fast and efficient. I contacted them via email for futher advise and the reply was quick and extremely helpful. I wasn't advised to buy something more expensive but something well priced that would do the job that I needed to .This then resulted in another purchase .I would highly recommend Optics Warehouse for their service,honesty and professionalism. The delivery service was very good
The delivery service was very good. However the MTC Scope was faulty and I had to pay £15.95 in return postage through no fault of my own. Painful but scope cost only refund in 2 days.
