Placed order on 26/5 with 48 hours delivery by mistake, called to change to standard delivery, but it was not possible.
Received order on 1/6 after 6 calendar days ( 3 working days ), requested the refund of 3 euro charge for 48 hours delivery, but it was not allowed.

You placed your order on 26.05. in the evening, due to the fact that it was a Friday your order could leave our warehouse on Monday. Unfortunately, our warehouse does not work on weekends, so we did not have the opportunity to do this faster. You received your order on the 3rd day, so in fact you should receive a refund of the price difference. We are very sorry for the mistake, you will receive your money within 2-3 days.
Unfortunately, at the time you contacted us to change the delivery options, the order was already being processed by our warehouse and we no longer had the opportunity to change it.

Ordered new rims on Saturday late in the evening, got delivered from Poland to The Netherlands on Wednesday, quality of the rims and paint are good too, but I suppose that's commendable for MAM.

Old tyres and no support
I’ve ordered 2 front tyres and 2 rear tyres.
They were delivered within a couple of days.
The rear tyres are nice and fresh, only 5 weeks old.
The front tyres however are 2 years old and already a lot less sticky than the fresh rear tyres.
When I order new tyres, I just expect new tyres, not 2 year old tyres!
When calling for an explaination, there isn’t any support. The support menuitem on the phone (#4) isn’t being answered after waiting 35mins, so I hung up. The sales person (at menu #1) just told me she couldn’t help and asked me to send an email instead.

All tires at our shop are new and meet the generally accepted standards indicated by the manufacturers. Tires that are up to 3 years old, in accordance with the standards in force, are classified as new tyres.
As for our help desk, you probably couldn't be able to reach our claim department because they work from 8am to 4pm on weekdays.
Our customer service has informed you about our applicable standards and if you do not agree with them, you can always send an email to our claims department.

Terrible delivery service
1 tire was the wrong tire, from both i did not get a notification where the tires were. 1 was delivered but i was bot informed where. The other could not be delivered at my house (even after 3 phonecalls with 1 hour waiting and the promise it would be delivered) and had to pick up 50 km from my house. Never again
And i see your reaction, i really waited on long time on the phone many times. well everything just went wrong, and to know oponeo does not even have tires they only arrange sending it, so even that was bad.

There's no way you've been waiting on the line for an hour to reach our customer service team. We work every working day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. We answer every call quickly or we call back every time. There was a problem with the delivery of your order, but as I can see you have made an appointment yourself with GLS to collect this tire from their depot. What about wrong tire it was our fault for which we apologize but as agreed with you you kept tire and we refunded you price difference.

an irresponsible company!
I ordered 4 AllSeason tires, and Oponeo sent me summer tiers instead.
I needed tires urgently since I had a long trip ahead, and I had to change tires immediately. Oponeo, instead of arranging a new delivery, suggested I buy new tires from someone else or wait until they come and pick up the tires first, then, they can send new tires.
They were not accountable for their mistake!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
The courier delivered 2 out of 4 tires - had to wait 2 days for the other 2 and also had to reschedule the mounting for other day.
Customer support is VERY BAD!
What seemed suspicious to the delivery was the tires were wrapped in a very poor plasting and the EU tyre labelling was not there on the tires!!!
I sent an email about this to the email: reclamatie @ oponeo. nl . Unfortunatelly not even today I did not received a response about it...
Very poor customer support! I will NEVER order for them again! I do not recommend!

I have never received an email back from you or at least a response/reply to the email I sent you. I would have been MORE THAN HAPPY to send you pictures with the package and lack of EU label. How can a EU label be missing when the wrapping was OVER the tyres? Also, I asked from you a confirmation from the team that what I received is original, fact that can make me feel safer on the streets - still no response.
It is VERY funny that you take time here, on TrustPilot to argue with customers, however you do not respond to a simple email or contact the person by phone or sms...
As I said in my original review, VERY BAD customer support!
A piece of advice:
Stop arguing with people here and do not try to put all the blame on them - sometimes you are also to blame!
Instead help them and try to reach them to solve the problem!

As for the delivery, as promised you received the full order within 2 working days. The delivery was indeed split in 2 days, which was unfortunately caused by external factors. All tires are always packaged and shipped in good quality foil. It is possible that the EU label has fallen off during transport, we apologize for the problems you experienced with this delivery.
As for the mailing, we also asked you for some photos, we never got a reply.
