Ordering was easy and simple
Ordering was easy and simple. When I called the lady on the phone could answer my questions. I ordered on Wednesday and did not get an update so I called back on Monday morning. I got to know the tires will be delivered by Wednesday but were already delivered on Tuesday.

It is not true that you received your order after 12 days. As we have already spoken, we indeed had a system error that caused your order to be shipped with a 2 day delay. After that, first delivery attempt was right on time unfortunately courier was unable to deliver due to incorrect address. Packages were finally delivered the next day anyway.
