Buggy cart that shows wrong quantity
Don't expect good customer service if you encounter issues. Buggy cart and checkout. The cart on the website sometimes shows 1x quantity, while actually ordering 2x and 2x price. I got and paid 2x quantity of what I actually needed. After showing customer support the problem they have in the checkout, they blamed it on me for not checking the invoice after ordering and not reaching out earlier. They also offered 50€ for next order. I was denied a refund of extras charged.
That is not what you expect from a company in 2024. If you have a problem in your cart/checkout system don't blame the customer for not checking the invoice. Especially loyal customer with order history. Shame.
