The TV cabinet was delivered in two pieces, and unfortunately, one of the legs became detached during transportation due to poor construction quality. After informing Monoz, the follow-up only made the situation worse and showed a lack of responsibility.
Given the quality of the product and the way this issue was handled, I am not happy with the decision I made.
