This is my second piece from Opes Robur - and it certainly won't be my last! The quality is outstanding and very fairly priced. Everything is modern and unique and fits perfectly with any outfit.

I absolutely love this site. The jewellery is lovely and unique and really affordable. I bought the havoc bracelet and it is stunning.
I haven’t taken mine off and it still looks new.
No tarnish or anything!

As others have reported this company is a scam, items ordered not recived. Phone number is never answered. Chat is never replied to and instagram dm's never replied to.

I ordered 2 bracelets in March and surprise surprise never received them. Like everyone else I sent emails to which the reply from the email was that the email address no longer works. Strange when they email most days with new “deals”. Tracked on website… always on route! Even contacted on Instagram where strangely I did get replies saying that it had been sent and Royal Mail had lost them! Highly unlikely. Luckily for me I paid with Klarna who did their own investigation and refunded me the full amount so didn’t review until I got a refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I could give them a zero I would. I don’t know what’s happened but since January this company is awful. I’ve ordered in the past and had no trouble. Now I never got my last order and they won’t reply to chat messages and their email and phone number doesn’t work. They stole $60 from my 70 yr old mother who paid them to send me a necklace for my birthday.

Initially when I bought a bundle of three pieces, thought it was s good bargain. Wore one of the bracelets around 3 times and it fell to bits. Emailed them three times with a photo, which has been ignored. Please don't buy from this company

Unfortunately despite buying quite a few pieces from Opes Robur before, I’ve learned that I should have listened to reviews on here.

After a month my order hasn’t turned up, emails bounce back, the chat feature on the website gets no response despite the promise for them to get back within 48 hours. It’s a stone wall.

I don’t know what has happened to this company but they have gone from being responsive, helpful and actually sending the items in the past, to no longer communicating and accepting payment without sending my order.

Order from them at your own risk.

Update: After multiple attempts to get a response from Opes Robur and requesting a refund, which was ignored, I have been able to obtain a refund through my bank. It was interesting to note that on the same day Opes Robur reported my review, and others on this site, a new influx of positive reviews appeared.

So I ordered my product in end of March. I’ve just received my product. The product is really good. Very happy with it! Their customer services do take a while to respond. I let the bad reviews get to me. 4 stars. Would’ve been top marks if turn around time was quicker. My advice would be order but be patient. You will get your product and get a response from them.

I have used opes robur for several years now being a loyal and repeat customer for all my jewelry purchases and gifts for others! I am STILL awaiting an order that I placed in January I have had no contact! I have tried emailing them which they inbox is always full! I have tried calling! And contacting them on all social media platforms and still nothing!!! My daughter had also had the same problem placing an order and not receiving them!!!! Such disgusting service from them!!! Do not order with them!!!!

Just like many other reviews, I can't state how disappointed and disheartened I am with Opes. I ordered a LOVE BRACELET on 3rd March and made payment the very same day. I still to this day have received no update on this order despite emailing them directly on 6 seperate occasions. The one reply I received told me due to the item being pesonalised it would take up to 10 working days to be dispatched. Following the 10 working days I contacted again and still awaiting a reply.
This was an item for Mother's Day for my partners first Mother's Day. Ironic that I received an automated email on the Wednesday before Mother's Day stating if I ordered before midnight I would be guaranteed delivery before the Sunday.

AVOID!!!!!!! Much like the other reviews, which I wish I had read before ordering, this company are rip off merchants. Ordered a bracelet as a leaving present for a colleague, 27.2.23, it never arrived!! Had to replace the money myself! Customer service is nonexistent, live chat is far from live, you get automated responses to your questions. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I don’t understand how Opes robur can flag this, I have been to the trading standards and PayPal which thankfully I paid by; PayPal have now refunded me as they didn’t get a response in the allocated time either.
I will also happily send in all documents to state the issues I have put on the review. Which I sent to PayPal and looking at the other reviews they are all very similar. Why should my review be removed?

If this gets removed I will be taking it further

I have bought a bracelet from here order 13649 and still haven't received this, they are happy to take the money however no response to the live chat, emails and calls.

I wish I researched his company before hand as a lot of people are experiencing the same issue. I think its disgusting that a company is taking peoples hard earned money and not providing the goods we have ordered. i hope Karma gets you, i really do!
