I was unfortunate to be visited by 2 representatives at my door today. I did my best to be polite and listened to what was being offered. After a while of listening I got bored and could see through the scripted sales pitch.
I politely showed a disinterest on one occassion and this was not enough as the representative continued and did not pause whilst confidently getting louder. Following a period of time, I got the opportunity to make it clear I had no interest and thanked them for their time.
The worst service ever. Really, really bad. Firstly, they installed a fiber box that was broken from the beginning. They told us they would come to replace it with a new one, but they never did. We have been waiting for MORE THAN A MONTH for a technician to call us and schedule an appointment to fix this issue so we can finally use the Wi-Fi and work properly. Every time we call, customer service assures us that a technician will call soon, but nobody has done so.
I have been sending emails; they replied to the first one asking for more information about my problem, but then they disappeared. We paid a lot of money for fiber that we cannot access. I'm paying Tele2 for their services, yet I cannot use the internet due to Open Infra. This situation is causing me stress and is leading to financial, mental, and work-related problems.
I just need a new fiber box so I can have internet at my house. If Open Infra is not capable of doing that, my next step will be to consult a lawyer and inquire about the legal consequences.
scam scam scam
long tie in whilst can't deliver on times will promise the world but ultimately fail to deliver
They did a great job getting fiber in Little Elm,Tx
They did ok installing fiber. I wish the would of did a better job getting the fiber from the street to the house. They should of baired the fiber deeper from the street to the house. They need to address that because I see it could be a problem in the future.
Now we have options and not stuck with one service provider. I was worried about switching providers but glad I did. They are a new company and did a good job plus They save me a bunch of money and I have faster service.
So far so good. They only put the fiber in and I use another service provider for internet service. That worked out great. They promised 1gig up and down and they delivered.
I’m so glad we have options now. My bill dropped by $50. I’m happy about that.
Our internet is down today. It turns out that openinfra, the one we bought fiber from, blocked our internet connection and never noticed us. We have to "agree" on their terms, which put all customers in very vulnerable situation, and will have to pay a monthly fee to restart using our fiber.
How can one blackmail a customer like that. And I'm not sure if we are their "customer". More like a mafia organization who happen to have control of our fiber.

Poor Customer Service. Impossible to Cancel
First of all, the internet service was very spotty and the router box would routinely need to be rebooted. When the contract was up, I reached out to cancel my service. It took 4 phone calls for my request to finally be processed with the cancellation department (you cannot contact them on your own) and for a return label to be issued for me to send in the router to complete the cancellation.
I took the requested items to UPS and still had to pay a minimal fee to have the shipment processed. This company is continuing to bill me for services even though I have returned the requested items and met the terms of my contract for cancellation. I have now placed 7 total phone calls to cancel service and I can only talk to customer service. They cannot connect me to a supervisor within customer service. They cannot connect me to the billing department. They cannot connect me to the cancellation department. This company is basically trying to engage in highway robbery and extort me with debt collectors (I will not pay bills for services I do not receive) for following the process that they have outlined.
Linus Genter visited our premises to discuss Open Infra Full Fibre Internet access. He made three visits before we signed up, but he was never pushy.
Linus was extremely courteous and conveyed details clearly and succinctly. As we had never heard of the company, I was cautious about the company and how beneficial it would be to move over to this provider.
Linus was professional, pleasant and able to convey the benefits in a very convincing way, and so we signed up!
I felt he was able to answer all my many questions truthfully, whilst at the same time, provide assurances of quality and reliability.
We met him several times after signing and he remained his nice self.
I will miss the chats as he is moving on to another area.
Thank you,
Greg Mendonca
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly:
The Good - Once the Service was connected, received great speeds and no real issues with connections or dropouts.
The Bad - It was almost a year between the time they promised service and when they were able to deliver. I understand that there were permitting delays, but there was NO communication from the company. No updates, no explanations, nothing.
The UGLY: This company has no regard for customer service. After having the service for 6 months, I sold my home and had to move. I repeatedly called to have my service and billing canceled. I was always told that the cancellation department was 'working on it' and would contact me soon. Nobody ever contacted me. Nobody ever returned my calls. But they continued to bill me after the cancellation date.
There is no way to have calls escalated. They can't connect you with a supervisor; they can't connect you with the billing or cancellation departments. All they can do is promise that the supervisor or other departments will call you back, which they never do.
They said they would send me a shipping label to return the equipment, but I have not received that, even after numerous phone calls to their support department. I still have the router/wifi equipment and suspect I will get billed for not returning them, even though I have tried to.
The area I am moving to has several options for fiber, one of which is OpenInfra. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience sign a contract with them as I can't go through this headache if I were to have any issues that would require customer service.
These people are coming door to door harassing my neighborhood. I had an actual conversation with the lady, she asked if we had time to talk about whatever she was advertising. I did not say no because it’s rude, so I said what are you offering & she then told me about it. I then said “we’re good”. She then continued to ask how much we paid for century link, I said I don’t know but we’re good. (my sister pays it and i don’t know how much our bill is) Then she looks at me and says, “so you’re okay with paying so much money for SHI*** internet.” I instantly said, “WE ARE GOOD.” She proceeded to walk away. I cannot believe that they cannot handle rejection, if you’re promoting a company you have to know how to say no. As well as being professional, she was no where near profesional.
By working with a young lady Mary help me with my problems @ truly understood @ stayed with me to ensure all four of my Televisions were working properly. As I was on the phone with Mary surprisingly I had two technicians knocking on my door ensuring I was satisfied and everything was working properly😊 , a very happy camper
Endlessly harassed by this company. I wish they would stop knocking on our door. We had them knocking every day for over a week. Then at least once a week for the last few months (twice a day some weeks). They are clearly desperate for business. One house in our street had a 'open infra coming soon' sign outside... which has now gone...they must have had enough of their service too. Clearly they need the whole street to sign up in order for it to be worthwhile... hence the constant knocking . They won't take no for an answer🤪.
Great service and afordable prices.
Well done guys.
it’s the most amazing experience great service really recommended it
Such a pleasant experience wonderful staff and friendly people
A gentleman came knocking on our door and informed us that fiber was being installed in the area and asked if we wanted to join this change from copper cables. Sky, which we currently have, has always promised fiber up to 200mb which we pay for. But in reality, we have paid £39 and shared the speed with our neighbors! After getting our own cable to the house, we can now happily work and surf the internet as a family. At first, we declined but realized from our neighbor, who had signed up, that it was much more worth it. Now that the installation is done, we are extremely satisfied. Thank you Qvintus for coming back several times and providing us with detailed information each time!
My wife and I decided to switch to fiber broadband and we are happy with this solution. Thank you Open Infra for the installation and for answering all our questions.
OpenInfra has been invaluable to me as someone who works from home. A friendly representative explained the benefits of their fiber installation service and I didn't hesitate to sign up. The installation has been completed in the entire area and it's working perfectly. I highly recommend OpenInfra for their fast and reliable internet connection and friendly service.
Such a pleasant experience, amazing people who patiently share their experiences and knowledge can’t say enough
So sick of this company constantly knocking on our door and harassing us. We have told them at least 7 times that we are not interested in signing up with them. The internet connection we have at the moment is excellent so we have no intention of changing companies. I certainly wouldn’t dream of signing up with this company anyway, due to the terrible sales technique. They are clearly desperate. Avoid at all costs!
