Create Any Visual Imaginable

I've been using OpenArt now for about two years. I have found it great for generating lifelike images for professional and personal projects. It's very easy and user friendly. You can have a lot of fun too, generating your own photos with your loved ones on the surface of Mars or sitting in the Oval Office. The images are so lifelike, you can't easily tell that they're AI. It makes the user the ultimate artist. I would definitely recommend!

Well I love the Company

Well I love the Company, I had paid on time and everything, Up until this month? Then Pay-Pal got bought out with out me knowing until the last minuet now ever since i had found out i have been trying to pay for the bill,by buying a NetSpend Visa Debit card, and it's like not going through i have asked for help and i get no response just a message of reminders to pay for it? I'm like what a Nightmare? Plus to make matters worse to the black eye they have no response back, on any of my messages? Just pay the bill, If i had a personal Camera of my self every day from trying to pay this, and had showed it to them maybe they understand my dilemma a little more? I wish that they would just respond back to me about this Card that i have? So that i can change out the old card number, and put in the new one? cause if they don't help me on their end? Then how am I going to get this taken care of?

I’ve been really impressed with the image to video feature

I’ve been really impressed with OpenArt Ai so far. The platform is very user friendly and easy to figure out, even when using more advanced features. I also appreciate the variety of models available because it gives a lot of flexibility depending on the style you’re going for.

What stands out most to me is the consistency. With the right prompt and model, the images come out in the exact same style every time, which is something I’ve struggled to find on other AI platforms. Their image-to-video feature is also the best I’ve used in terms of accuracy and staying true to the original image.

Overall, I end up using way fewer credits because the platform gets the image right the first time instead of needing endless retries. Very happy with the platform overall.

A refined experience with new features to play with.

I have a vivid imagination and fantasy but little skill in art. With openart I have been able to create whatever fantasy I have imagined and learned to prompt engineer it to fit my needs. I liked the models you could use on openart and the quality is good. The new features like smart shot that come out I like experimenting with and it gives a new way for me to express myself.

My main issue is that certain models and features get lost. When I started creating I was experimenting a lot with a certain model, but as it got updates I lost that one and the new one wasnt creating the same kind of images. With no way to use the old model.

Be careful ! (Scam)

The quality of the service is good, but be careful! SCAM! A top banner appears that advertises something and covers your credits. At this moment, the program causes you to inexplicably lose your credits and you are unable to generate the number of images you are entitled to based on what you have paid for.

Annoying inaccurate text that pops up..fixed

Decent music video maker which reads the lyrics of a song and makes a video of it but its far from perfect and you will have a lot of edits to do, all part of the creation process I guess but what annoys me most is the very annoying karaoke text that pops up, not only is this very inaccurate it spoils the viewing, wish they would get rid of it but there's no where to do that. Tonight I tried removing the text by AI using OpenArt and it had the cheek to charge me 450 credits for removing something I didn't want in the first place then it never worked again so now I am conned out more money. Seriously thinking of leaving this lot.

Update: As of today 25th May they have re embursed me for the lost credits due to trying to fix this, also my lost 50 credits from last month have been added on am pleased to say. Lets hope nothing else goes wrong. Apparently I have to move it off default on the timeline, I dont know why they put it in as its not reliable in fact its awful, they should get rid of it altogether.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback.

We understand your concerns regarding the karaoke-style text generation and the credits used while attempting to remove it. The text overlay feature is still being improved, and we recognize that inaccurate captions can negatively affect the final result.

Regarding the 450 credits you mentioned, we would really like to look into this further for you. Please contact our support team at support@openart.ai with your account email and, if possible, the related generation ID or project link so we can review what happened and assist you directly.

Your feedback is genuinely valuable to us, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

You cant cancel a subscription ever!

You cant cancel a subscription ever!
I have set my plan to free for month's and haven't used it eighter. Still they charged $84 from me for no service and no active subscription. They never answered any email i've sent to they're official email support adress. It's now 4 emails in 3 weeks. The only thing they do is do everything to look professional here on trustpilot, but they are not, belive me. Don't fall for it like i do and if you have/had a subscription inform your bank right away to stop them for taking more money, cause they will. If you have a 1 year plan the first day that year is over they charge even if you deleted the account or set your plan to free. Thx openart ai, great service!!!!!!

PROMOTIONAL SCAM: Deceptive advertising to harvest your data. (1 Star)

Beware of OpenArt AI. They recently launched a massive promotion giving away 20,000 credits to new users to drive traffic. Many of us invested our time creating accounts and planning projects on their platform. What did they do a few days later? They wiped ALL the promotional credits from users' accounts without any prior notice or explanation.

This is a textbook "Bait and Switch" scam. They used deceptive advertising simply to inflate their registered user database and, once they achieved their goal, they zeroed out your account to force you into a paid plan. If they are capable of treating users like this with such dirty marketing practices, imagine what they will do with your credit card if you decide to pay for a subscription. Zero professional ethics. You will just waste your time. Look for honest alternatives like Leonardo or Kling AI instead.

EDIT AFTER OPENART'S REPLY: You claim it was a "leaked link" meant only for your Creative Partner Program. If that is true, the fault lies entirely in your abysmal security and sheer technical incompetence for allowing any standard account to redeem an exclusive partner link without a single layer of verification. You made a massive technical blunder, and instead of taking real accountability, you punish the users who wasted their time trusting your platform.
To make matters worse, OpenArt is now actively deleting users' complaints on their Instagram comments to hide the backlash and silence the community. Censorship and technical incompetence. I still do not recommend this platform at all. The 1-star rating stays.

Apologies for the misunderstanding. We would like to clarify the situation regarding the 20,000 credits.

This was not an official promotion posted or announced by OpenArt AI. The link that granted the 20,000 credits was intended exclusively for members of our Creative Partner Program (CPP) and was not meant for public public use. Unfortunately, the link was unintentionally leaked, which caused confusion and led some users to believe it was part of a public promotional campaign.

Once the issue was identified, the incorrectly distributed credits were removed. We understand how disappointing and frustrating this experience may have been, especially for users who believed the credits were part of a legitimate public promotion.

We want to assure you that there was never any intention to mislead users or pressure anyone into purchasing a subscription. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter.

One Of The Best App For Creators

The interface is easy to get along. And I would say this app is fast in rendering the resulting images and videos.
Again I would like to make a recommendation. Why not put tooltips on all of your icons. First, it'll give first-time user an idea of what that icon can used for. Secondly, it would even be better if the icon could contain an "instruction" on what next is to follow after keying the icon.
Very responsive customer assistance. 5-star for this.
