We had a new heat pump installed and I can highly recommended Gary and his team for for doing what he said they would do, they were very polite and professional, they cleared all the rubbish away leaving us with nothing to do. They also followed up to make sure we were happy with everything, we now have a nice warm house and plenty of hot water, thank you

We used OPC for a Solar PV install, including battery storage. Full installation took a couple of days as we had to have scaffolding erected due the flat roof on our garage. Installation was clean, engineers were really nice guys and we're really happy with what they did for us and the quality of the installation. Would definitely recommend.
The whole installation process was professional, well installed. The whole process from the initial enquiry to, the actual installation was very informative. would recommend to anybody. Very happy with our solar panels. A job well done.
OPC Energy Ltd contracted to install a heat pump in my cottage, received an initial, quite substantial, deposit payment, then delayed for over 3 months before they offered me an installation date and required a second, substantial stage payment. They then cancelled the installation at short notice and failed to reschedule or communicate with me. After failing to hear from them, I emailed them cancelling the contract and requested a full refund (all in accordance with the terms of the contract). Silence for 2 weeks and then they responded claiming that they couldn't refund my money because I hadn't filled out a particular form. This was a spurious excuse since the contract required no such thing. But they said that if I filled out the form, they would refund the money 'in about 14 days', so I filled it out and sent it to them. Three weeks passed and no refund. Happily I had paid by credit card so I obtained a refund via a section 75 claim. If you ever decide to deal with this company, I hope you have better luck than I did.
