Terrible customer service! I ordered a dress that looked beautiful in the online advertising. When it arrived it was cheap polyester garbage. I requested return information and was offered $15.00 for a dress I paid $68 US dollars for. Do not buy from this company they are a complete scam.

Great quality material and true to size. Shipping was fast too!

I wish I would have seen the reviews here before I ordered a $65 dress. It is absolutely garbage, not like the picture, super cheap parachute nylon fabric. I can’t wear it. I asked for a refund and on their website it says there is a 30 day money back guarantee but they offered me $15 and said I can keep the dress. I said no, I’m entitled to a full refund and I don’t want the dress, give me instructions to return it and they countered with $25. Who does that?! Certainly not a reputable company. I’m still emailing them and trying to get a refund, they blocked me on Facebook.

Awful company. Do not buy from them! There dresses are not what they appear to be online. They do not look like the photo. Company will not refund you until you pay to send the product back. Then they will not refund you the shipping.

My order came promptly and the item’s delivered were or great quality and sizing was perfect! Only issue was It did say Canadian prices then at checkout was American funds so was a bit disappointed about that .. will order again

This company has no number to call and responds when they feel like it. I have been waiting for my replacement dress for a while and have yet to receive a confirmation that it has been shipped. This cannot be a real company.

The clothing was great quality and beautiful. I would order again. The communication was not great, though. I had to reach out nearly a month after ordering as I hadn’t heard anything. But when I reached out, the company answered me and I got my shipment in a little over 4 weeks after ordering.

The items ordered came is a timely manner. This is the only thing that was positive. The items I bought were not what expected, they fit terribly and tayloring was very bad. I contacted customer service and asked to have my items returned. I was offered $36 to keep the items. This is not acceptable!!!!! Now I’ve been ghosted no response. I spent over $100 on 3 pieces of garbage that I would never wear.
Not a respectable company and I do not recommend purchasing anything from them!!

The dress I ordered looked nothing like it did online. Just horrible stitching, cheap material and was simply something other than what was pictured.

I emailed customer service asking to return and for a refund. They first responded by offering me $12 for the dress. TWELVE DOLLARS. I paid over $45 for it, so I refused the $12 and again asked how to return. The second response was another offer, this time for $25. Before I had time to respond to their second email, they sent a 3rd saying "if you insist on returning....here is the return address".

What kind of company offers a customer $12 and $25 for a $45 product then uses words like "if you insist..".

Now I'm afraid of following up and returning the dress to the address they gave me. I'm afraid I'll never see a dime of a refund.
What a bunch of scam artists. I'm so terribly upset that I fell for this.

Stay away. This company is fraud. Con artists.

Easy shopping and found what I was looking for.

I ordered 2 dresses and both of them arrived fairly quickly. One of them is a little small and I want to return for a bigger size. The other is cute but not what it looks like in the picture. I am not sure whether or not I will return them both or not.

Terrible material, doesn't look like the picture. Measurements are off. Tried to start return and they're ghosting me.

The dress is beautiful. It fits true to form. Easy transaction and delivered timely. Material is great. Perfect for the wedding I am attending.

Came quicker than expected. I wish I loved the dress more but still, it's very pretty and as pictured.

The products I received are absolutely nothing like the picture. These literally ended up in the trash. It's like a cheap shower curtain. I asked for a return, and instead they offered me a $30 credit which I stupidly took rather than get no refund at all. Also on the ratings, they don't allow you to even give a review with stars unless you click on the happy face, VERY dishonest.

Dress is great quality. True to size. Would order again
