ZERO attempts to resolve any issues
Didn’t tell me my account was open
Will not let me log into fuel portal and all they keep saying is “thid so ur password and email it works for me” when I’ve clearly shown proof of it not working
I e tipped up my credit with £10 for my fuel card and they haven’t even sent it
Company is one big scam
Customer support is a bag of 💩no help whatsoever

Application is good, discount is good. But there is one problem, after using the gift card in the supermarket, you don't know how much balance is left. If you can display it, that would be great. It shows up when you check the Sainsbury's gift card, but it doesn't display on my vouchers.
