I can't answer to their reply for some reason, but haven't seen any improvements on my case or on processes as of yet. But I 100% confirm what I said in my previous review

They keep you well informed, plenty of interaction.

The whole team are brilliant, I didn’t really know what to expect being my first time having to use a solicitor, but my case manager Joe Graham was very easy to talk to, easy to get hold of if you had any questions, and dealt with any questions with a prompt response either via email or through their app,

The app was a really good way of communicating, this was really impressive and useful, as you can track the progress!

I would highly recommend this firm, and the team especially.

2020 we bought home and Oneil-patient who dealt with exchange has now been acquired by ONP.
We then had issues with "Title restrictions" stopping our re-mortgage to be sorted and approached ONP.
They were considerate about due date for remortgage and financial implications to our household, have spoken with builder and responded in timely manner which helped my remortgage to be sorted.

Very disappointing experience.

After completing the purchase of my property, I discovered that the registered title appears to be incomplete, with the garage not included as expected. During the conveyancing process, I was advised that this issue would either be resolved by including the garage within the property title or by obtaining a separate title if necessary.

Since then, I have sent multiple emails seeking clarification and updates regarding the missing title registration. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to obtain information, I have received no response.

The most frustrating aspect has been the lack of communication. When a matter concerns legal ownership of part of a property, clients should be able to expect timely responses and clear explanations.

I hope this issue can still be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend the service.

ONP Solicitors acted on behalf of my mortgage lender during our remortgage, so my direct dealings with them were relatively limited. However, throughout the process I found them to be professional, efficient, and responsive, progressing everything smoothly and without unnecessary delays or complications.

Very poor service, I wes with them around 3 months for my remortgage, very poor communication about progress, finally they couldn't finish my remortgage till my current mortgage ends...then I had to pay interests 9 days on variable rat, worse ever service I had in my life
