We do have protections in place to try and prevent this from happening, and if it does occur, we have a dedicated Fraud Team to fully investigate the matter and assist you with getting the account closed.

Easy to apply maybe to easy.... then your unable to activate the account. Tild ten working days as your account has been sent to the accounts team.
You wait the alotted time..... nohing. Chase them on chat get told passing you to Accounts team left there fir 3 1/2 hrs
Call 24 hrs later .... oh it takes 10 working days( been there done that) .

How NOT to run a credit card company…
How NOT to run a credit card company 101. What a bunch of cowboys.
1. They claim no direct debit setup so don’t take a payment. Bank proves there is and no attempt made. Failed payment charge!
2. They told me not to make a manual payment as it would result in a double charge, so i didn’t…no DD collected again. Failed payment charge.
3. APR changed from 34.3% to….79.56% LOL!!
Support take weeks/months to respond. Then always with a useless response.
Raised a complaint. We’ve had a look and done nothing wrong, soz…
Something very wrong with this lot.
What a bunch of jokers.

With Direct Debits, you’d be able to check on your Onmo mobile app if you had a Direct Debit set up at the time of when your repayment was due. If there was a Direct Debit set up and processing when you were looking to make a payment, you’d be advised not to pay manually to avoid making an overpayment on your account. We are not able to cancel or change Direct Debits for customers and this managed directly through the Onmo mobile app or cancelled with your bank directly.
For the change in your APR, this is because we regularly review our pricing to make sure it reflects current market conditions and the overall cost of providing credit. You have the option to opt out of the increase to prevent your APR from changing. When opting out, your card will be frozen, and you can take as long as you need to pay down your balance at your current rate.
We’ll be sharing your review with the relevant teams so we can take on your feedback and word towards improving our services.
