Quality seems very good. I did not install the shifter but the buildquality seems very good. Also the customerservice is excellent, I had a few questions and they were answered very fast.

the order came quick. nice materials, good feedback after installing it, feels great. only tested it on the road on normal use and its great. can't wait to test it on track

The install in my Bmw F30 was very easy. You dont have to drill holes to mount it, but you have to cut a little bit into the cupholders. Other than that, very good shifter!
