I did not recieve order confirmation, neither my product. My emails are not responded.

Do NOT oder here. You will receive nothing. I don't know happened to this company, I've ordered with them in the past but now they're not even responding.

SCAM
no order and they don't want to return the money

Placed an order with all items in stock. Delivery time should be a week, but after a month I still didn't get anything. Mailed the webshop. They told me it was in backorder. So they give everyone the same lie. Waited another month, still nothing. Mailed again, no response.
I followed the legal course by canceling my order and asked for a refund with deadline. No response.
Reminded them. No response.
Told them legal action would follow, no response.
Then I reported them to the police. Suddenly I got a response and they paid the money back.

Sadly, around the same time Google informed me that my data got leaked at a data breach. I tailor my data to the shops, exactly for this kind of thing. The only shop with this exact data was Online Top Garden. Google also linked the leaked data to the shop.

The seller of this store is exactly the kind of scum you often hear about when talking about scams. He hopes you don't report him to the police because of the nature of the products and thinks people will try to avoid the police or just give up. Don't worry, you can order anything you want and as longs as there are more ways to use the product other than illegal activities, the police can't and won't bother you.

Did you get scammed by this lowlife? First change your password if you use it for other sites, and maybe also change it at the other places. Then ask Google search or ChatGPT what to do next. In all cases file a police report. Don't let this criminal make money off you!

After a month didn’t hear anything from them. They don’t respond I hate them.

Bought for years from them, never had a problem till now.
Scammers now take the money and run. no response to emails nor to cellphone. Ordered and paid in October, nothing. Last order was also incomplete.
Ripped me off good. 45 euros up in smoke. Save your money DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

this company is a scam , report it to the police and to ACM , they accept your money but they don't send anything. they don't reply on emails and no phone number is working. Complain to the ACM so they remove this website ...

28/08/2024 I place an order which its not sent after a month i send cancellation request, I did not receive refund, they do not answering at all, all shops. Customer contact information from address, telephone numbers are fake or wrong, simply there is no any way to can contact and speak with the shops except email which they never replying. You need go to the sconsumentenombudsdienst or Europium complaint to open a case

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

This shop is a complete scam, they request bank transfers to anonymous accounts with weird names like "Creative Cows bv" and then never even confirm the payment or ship the products.

There is no real customer service, no phone number and even their email is under a shady provider with terrible reviews such as "trengomail.com".
They might reply with weird automated messages just to waste your time and it's all in Dutch anyhow so communication is useless.

I've requested a payment investigation from my bank to try and get my money back and reported them as scammers.

How and why this kind of website is allowed to legally operate is beyond me...
Please report them on as many fraud complaint centers and websites as possible.

Total scam!! I was shocked how many people left negative review. Don't buy from them! They don't deliver, don't refund and even don't respond to emails.

DO not buy in this shop , they don't deliver , they don't reply , this website should be blocked . They accept your money but will not send the products , they also don't reply on email. They are scammers....

Made 2 orders in one day one came no problem second was cancelled and no refund given they still owe me 102 euros no response from customer services through email or Facebook

Worst seller I could ever imagine. Almost impossible to get in touch with assistance, "1 day delivery" after 1 week still no notice from them. ì

Never order from this site! Its a scam! They are thieves. Me and several friends made orders there en never one order that was correct. Most of the time they just dont send your products and they ignore emails for weeks. I waited 3 weeks for my order and never came. When i send emails they ignored it for 4 weeks. Then finally they say the products are not in stock. Its a real joke. I ask my money back and they say they cancel the order but i dont see any money. Again they ignore my emails or send you lies. I am now going to take legal meassures cause i dont see any other way. Also when they do send you your order its always wrong. Biggest scam site i ever saw

SCAM! Did not deliver product. Cancelled order, but have not received money back after a month. None of the contact points are working (email, phone, whatsapp, chat)

It's been 3 weeks after I payed for the order. I contacted the support several times they promised to respond within days but never did. Do not buy from them.

Selling items that are not on stock. Customer service is avoiding answers, and is not very responsive in general. From top to the bottom. Well never use it again.

Ouch, should've checked this. Afraid my money is gone, no e-mail response and phone number no longer in use. Ordered april 12 th 2024 . Watch out
