Another technology waste of my time
NHS Echo loop
They do not understand what private services are. I asked for a flu antiviral, unlike most people I had a positive flu test. Just to be told that ir did not comply with the NHS guidelines. If anybody in there reads, Private services in principle are an opt out of the NHS as nobody trusts anything that comes from an NHS GP anymore. Mostly because their guidelines are based only upon saving money. In the end I got hold of my private GP service and got the prescription anyway. I believe Superdrug's was trying to sell me a phone call consultation with a Dr, I am glad I did not, as it would have been told no based on guidelines I do not trust, in the first place.

Refused OTC antihistamines/ travel sickness pills. The reason you ask?
Because as a 55 year old woman I am not allowed to buy travel sickness pills for vertigo. They can only be sold for travel sickness.
The moral of this story....lie. Just agree with whatever the 12 year old pharmacy assistant says and never actually divulge why you want a basic over the counter pills.
Or go to another pharmacy and buy them.
Possible online scam - beware
I ordered some antivirals from superdrug online. Ive done this before and its been fine. This time i was asked for my nhs number and to log into the nhs app. Assumed this was a security thing. I had an email 5 days later saying meds delayed and ive never received them. Money was taken by herera ??? And the contact number given just rings out then im told its not recognised. I also bizarely had a text from my gp saying id asked for this medication amd it wasnt available on repeat. I hadnt asked for it from them as i can never get through! Just be careful.
Scam company
Scam company. Ordered an asthma inhaler - 7 weeks later and still no sign of it. No reply to my emails, no delivery updates - nothing. Can only assume I’ve been scammed by this company.
False Advertising - No communication
Service and delivery is advertised as next day. No such luck, in fact I had to go to a local pharmacy to pick up medication because their tracking page just sat dormant for days after ordering and paying shipping. No reply to emails, I've requested a refund now for undelivered services. Truly awful service, go to your local pharmacy, Superdrug online clearly cannot deliver the service they are advertising online.

Still waiting for my Antibiotics 10+ days after the prescription was placed with them. Very poor service considering how much I am suffering without them, I am also paying for this lack of service.

I placed a click and collect order that I thought would be ready in two hours, it took seven hours! I went in store and purchased the item direct but when I tried to cancel the click and collect order, Superdrug refused!

Really bad experience
Really bad experience, i’ve been using the same medication for one month and when I requested another one, they’re meant to up my dosage, but it was not an option for me so they sent me the same amount. I messaged them on their platform and they didn’t even respond. Waste of money a waste of time. The customer service on the phone are not helpful. And nobody responds on their platform….
Update , they proceeded to get back to me and say I can get a refund but when I saw it I started using the product as to not go to waste. I only logged in because I have new problem, the pen stopped working that they gave me! If they don’t fix it that’s over £100 gone to waste!! It won’t twist, don’t buy here !

I often visit the wolverhampton superdrug pharmacy to pick up my tablets. Kelly who works there is fantastic. Helpful and informative. She takes the time to get to know you so everything is easy to ask her if you have a problem. She has a great knowledge of different medicines and I'm always satisfied with any questions asked
Visited Windsor Superdrug pharmacy…
Visited Windsor Superdrug pharmacy today and received wonderful customer service from the pharmacy staff. I was also offered a free blood pressure check which I had. This is not a one-off, every time either myself or my husband go this pharmacy branch (which is fairly often) or phone them, they always go the extra mile to be super helpful and accommodating. I hope the powers that be at Superdrug recognise their hard work and realise what a credit they are to the company.

I ordered my medication online. They said 3 to 4 days delivery. It's been 10 days and I still don't have my tablets and I have to wait until the 4 April for a refund.
Takes 5 days when they promise next day
Let’s you order online with the promise of next day collection. They then don’t approve it at all and leave you in a position where you can’t get any. I’ve ordered this hundreds of times and from this store. Why say next day delivery when it actually takes around 3-5 days. Use boots, Lloyds, literally anybody else! Let me get into a dangerous situation, luckily boots know how to run a business.
Worst experience by Helen the dispenser locom avoid her
Absolutely worst experience in Mansfield superdrug pharmacy today!! Colleague went to pick her prescription up and I asked if she could pick mine up, she was refused as they had looked up on their system to see if I'd paid for my HRT yearly subscription, which I had done, when I arrived and asked why it had been refused and got spoken to like a child, Helen is awful the locom drug dispensing woman, a bully and needs customer service training. Whitney who did remain professional although seemed scared of Helen , needed to be honest and have a bit of empathy to customers, it was an awful degrading experience, and Helen is not the prescription police., needs full re training on dealing with situations like this, and not call customers liar's
