Awful! Pre ordered a table,its gone over original dispatch date,can only contact by email and they just lie and state its not due as pre ordered and extend the date,they stated on fb that my problem was resolved,its not,still waiting for item yet on website it states its available for next day delivery.

I needed to return a faulty item and after having a quick email exchange with the customer service representative limeez, I quickly got a refund the same day which was much appreciated.

Very pleased with the outcome , I had a problem with a dryrobe that I received , and was sorted out straight away by a member of staff straight away , returned item and received a replacement instantly , lovely communication Thanku so much 10/10 thankyou so much

Had a problem with the cushion on the chair making it uncomfortable so I couldn't use it. The company, especially Laeeqah who responded to my emails promptly dealt with this and offered me a full refund.

Delivery company let my experience down, however OHS were very helpful & assisted me to resolve the issue.
Would purchase from OHS again but only if it was a different delivery company.
I’m disabled and do not leave my home only to medical appointments my order was left at the side of my home even though I was home.

TRUST PILOT . Are you sure this is an average of 4.1 stars ? I’ve been waiting for delivery for a week now , I haven’t received any emails feom OHS informing me of any delivery dates or any delays . There’s no number of contact , customer service is non existent. Why are these companies allow to do business without any scrutiny from consumer’s rights government authorities? This is absurd . This sort of thing wouldn’t happen in Europe . Pathetic to say the least .

We had changed our minds on an item we had ordered. But wasn't sure if it had been dispatched. I emailed this company and and told them of our decision and wanting to try and cancel as we had changed our mind on the item. Which was a bedside cabinet. They looked into this for me and they were able to cancel order as it hadn't been dispatched luckily. And a refund was sent to my account. We were so grateful on their actions as it would have meant returning the item, which wasn't small. Excellent customer service was offered to us. So happy 😊

I placed an order on Sunday 26/07 and after not receiving any dispatch information within the timeframe provided, I contacted customer services to ask for an update on my delivery. Instead of receiving a shipping update, I was told five days later that the item was actually out of stock.

This was very disappointing, especially as it was my first time ordering from this company, and it hasn’t left a good first impression. Although the customer service representative was polite, I only received a response after leaving a public comment on one of the company’s Instagram posts asking someone to reply to my messages.

The website should never have allowed me to purchase an item that wasn’t actually in stock. If it was unavailable at the time of purchase, my order should have been cancelled and my refund processed immediately, rather than leaving me waiting five days to find out.

The website and stock management system clearly needs improving to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Great company I had a problem with damaged egg chairs twice, emailed them had an email straight back from Limeez who organised a replacement, unfortunately they were the same. Limeez then organised a collection of these items and I had a full refund very helpful

Super helpful and a replacement is being sent.
