I asked a Q twice and the answer did not address my Q. The doctor on the third time of asking the same Q was very clear and would rate that doctor reply as 5 star but based on the whole experience for my Q it can only be 3 star

Failure from delivery company resulted…
Failure from delivery company resulted in Asda taking back medication and refusing any refund, £300 out of pocket with no willingness to investigate delivery failure, allow pick up from store or provide evidence that the medication was destroyed.

Good, good, good ... then not so good
The online ordering process was simple and secure, and reviewing of my request by doctors was also quick (& in my case, positive). Delivery to my chosen store was also swift, end to end in just a few days. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is becauase the instore pharmacies are under resourced by staff who are not always customer focussed. They also shut for breaks, which is an unwelcome surprise, given the rest of the store is open.

Customer service awful
Ordering and Delivery by courier is quick, however my first deliver was left on the doorstep, it was packed in ice but it was during the very hot weather so not ideal. My third reorder I couldn’t guarantee being in to accept delivery so collected it unfortunately when I got home I noticed there were no alcohol wipes. I contacted customer services 3 times to ask if they could post some as I didn’t want the inconvenience or the 15 minute wait at the store for them. I was told a definite no! Obviously far too much trouble. I was told I had to go back to the store. Considering the amount they charge for the medication I thought this was appalling.
I have also contacted them for administering advice in the past and was given very vague and generic information. In the end I found better information on AI.
So I would not recommend their customer service
This has now been dealt with, unfortunately not before I had to purchase some wipes but they did send a voucher code to cover the cost. Just a shame this couldn’t have been done from the outset
