Well, today I received a Loyality Card AND they knocked me down to Level 1, all in the same day. I use to be Level 3, Played My Daily rewards every 2 hours, (when I was awake), had a 260+ day streak. I had Gold Status. Started wagering more. Enjoyed playing. And then out of the blue, in May, they knocked me to Silver Status and Level 2. I BOUGHT my Gold Level back ladt week. But today this Loyalty recognised customer is now Level 1. I will play out my bank balance and find a new casino. Was with them 3 years.

I put in a withdrawal request September 28th the 1st of October they requested verification documents, gave them right away October 4 declined my request I put it back in withdrawal mode, Oct 12 they put my withdrawal back on my gj account said is was a digital malfunction and now there saying it's another 15 days! Casumo is a scam do not play the roulette tables. I had this happen twice now.
