I had a great experience with Online Carpets when purchasing wood flooring. The ordering process was straightforward, the prices were competitive, and the quality of the flooring exceeded my expectations. Delivery was prompt, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The flooring looks fantastic and has really transformed the space. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Online Carpets to anyone looking for quality flooring at a great price.

I paid £35.00 for a express delivery which took longer than expected. The delivery driver made absolutely no real attempts to deliver my parcel, so frustrating and completely set back on the job i was doing. We do not have a doorbell, my lodger was in the garden so as an ex delivery driver myself I would have took the initiative to go around the back of peoples properties just to check they are not in the garden especially on a very hot 35 degree heat wave. The delivery driver could have at least looked to see if this was an option? My neighbours were also all in and present and he or she chose not to knock to see if they can take the parcel. This is only a 2 squared bit of vinyl flooring not big at all they would have been more than happy to accept the parcel. This is not the kind of service that warrants £35.00 the delivery driver could have even called me with his mobile which again failed and wasnt prepared to do!!!! Not cool Online Carpets not cool. When I call the customer service department and explained that my delivery had failed i was so angry and I was then met with very unhelpful ladies who couldn't be bothered to help get intouch with the driver for a redirect!!!!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 DAYS WHICH IS NOT CONVIENT FOR ME AT ALL BECAUSE OF WORK!!!!

I have used online carpets for various flooring projects over the last 5 years. We have rental properties and I look for good quality flooring that will last and at a competitive price.
Online carpets are certainly competitive on price and unlike others their customer support is also first class.
I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Ordered online all items delivered as requested and only took 3 days . All good until layed carpet to see a line(s) down the carpet. Obviously wudnt have been just our carpet as they get many cuttings off a roll. No way of knowing this was on the carpet until its been taken out of packaging and layed. Thus online carpets states check all ok with carpet before fitting. This fault is not visible until being layed at which point its too late. As said cant see it just been our cut of carpet so if they were aware shud have not sent any further orders from the faulty roll. Everything else was good abt the order shame the actual carpet wasnt to the standard it should have been.

Easy ordering, fast delivery !!! Carpet was exactly what we wanted… had seen it in a local shop but they had a supplier problem and couldn’t guarantee a delivery date!!! It was cheaper online and arrived when specified. Will be using carpets online again!!

The journey from start to finish was seamless. And I love my new carpet.

I purchased flooring from Online Carpets twice in the same month, and unfortunately both times they cancelled my order on the same day the delivery was scheduled.
On both occasions, they took payment and assured me that the flooring was in stock and would be delivered. The first time, they cancelled on the day of delivery, saying the flooring was out of stock and offered an alternative product.
Before placing the second order, I asked them to physically check the stock, as I explained we had already had the same issue before. They happily checked and confirmed there was plenty in stock. They apologised, took my order again, and then — surprise, surprise — cancelled it again on the scheduled delivery day.
They were very apologetic, but kept repeating the same story over and over again, blaming the system instead of actually resolving the issue.
Twice in the same month they took payment, twice they assured me the flooring was in stock, and twice they wasted my time. In total, this has cost me around a month in delays.
It feels like they take the order, take the money, cancel the delivery, and then try to offer alternative flooring that is actually available.
Very disappointing experience and poor communication. I would not recommend relying on them if you need materials delivered on time.
