Have used online carpets for many years now for our refurbishment projects as they always deliver with in a reasonable time and quality was good
Unfortunately our last project being very problematic for them , 1st was something to do with security online so unable to deliver , second delivery attempted and finally saying delivery will be rescheduled in 7 days
An absolute appalling service somewhat that we now after 6 years have to find an alternative company , this is typical of companies that get complacent thinking they have the market tied up .

We appreciate that this situation was frustrating. To help protect our customers, we have strict security measures in place regarding changes to delivery addresses after an order has been placed.
Where an order has not been authenticated using 3D Secure (3DS), we are unable to amend the delivery address once payment has been processed. This is a security precaution designed to help protect against fraudulent transactions and unauthorised changes to an order. While we understand this can be inconvenient, these measures are in place to safeguard our customers' payments and personal information. Where possible, our team will always discuss the options available in line with our security policy.
The new order delivery was unsuccessful as our driver was unable to make contact on arrival using the telephone number provided. As we do not deliver to every postcode every day, rearranging another delivery can sometimes take longer than expected.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Your feedback has been passed to our Customer Care Team for further review and consideration.

This has now happened for the second time I'm beyond annoyed, 2 orders placed and gone through notifications to say they would be delivered then a day or two before a notification to say they didn't have the stock, I'm so annoyed what a shocking company thanks for wasting my time🤬 if it's not in stock why the hell advertised it on the website and allow me to purchase???????AVOID!!!! Terrible company if I could give 0 stars I would

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE EXPRESS DELIVERY
I paid £35.00 for a express delivery which took longer than expected. The delivery driver made absolutely no real attempts to deliver my parcel, so frustrating and completely set back on the job i was doing. We do not have a doorbell, my lodger was in the garden so as an ex delivery driver myself I would have took the initiative to go around the back of peoples properties just to check they are not in the garden especially on a very hot 35 degree heat wave. The delivery driver could have at least looked to see if this was an option? My neighbours were also all in and present and he or she chose not to knock to see if they can take the parcel. This is only a 2 squared bit of vinyl flooring not big at all they would have been more than happy to accept the parcel. This is not the kind of service that warrants £35.00 the delivery driver could have even called me with his mobile which again failed and wasnt prepared to do!!!! Not cool Online Carpets not cool. When I call the customer service department and explained that my delivery had failed i was so angry and I was then met with very unhelpful ladies who couldn't be bothered to help get intouch with the driver for a redirect!!!!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 DAYS WHICH IS NOT CONVIENT FOR ME AT ALL BECAUSE OF WORK!!!!

The vast majority of our deliveries take place on the date and within the time slot we provide. The service we offer is to the nearest available ground-floor access point, which is usually at the front of a property; as such, drivers are not obliged to check back gardens and similar areas.
We ask that drivers contact all customers prior to delivery. In addition, we provide a three-hour delivery window along with live tracking, so deliveries can be monitored relatively easily by our customers, should the driver be unable to reach you by phone.
We are sorry to hear that you found our team unhelpful. We would like to contact you directly, so we have requested further information relating to your order. Once we have this, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch.

I have used online carpets for various flooring projects over the last 5 years. We have rental properties and I look for good quality flooring that will last and at a competitive price.
Online carpets are certainly competitive on price and unlike others their customer support is also first class.
