Great service good communication fantastic value for money I can’t thank Peter Kennedy enough for booking this holiday for me in Thailand

So I knew I wanted to go Thailand for my birthday and wanted to go to multiple places Bangkok and Phuket. I usually sort my trips out myself but it was confusing.I spoke with Jordan Parker who sorted out our whole trip. Which really helped make it a smooth experience. Very pleasant and efficient service.

We just returned from a 10-night family holiday to Thailand, and it was perfection from start to finish. A huge thank you to our agent, Jordan, who was instrumental in making this trip a success.

Jordan booked us into the 5-star Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort, and it was stunning. Traveling as a family of four, we loved having access to their private beach—it felt like our own secluded paradise. The location was the perfect balance: quiet and luxurious for relaxing, yet close enough to Patong Beach whenever we wanted to dive into the shopping and vibrant nightlife.

The Verdict
Honestly, 10 days wasn't enough! There was so much to see and do, and Jordan made sure we didn't waste a second of it. If you want a stress-free, high-end travel experience, I highly recommend booking through him. We will definitely be back!

This company has the worse service ever
They lie about then booking tickets what happened is full payment was due I there messed us about for weeks and when full was requested the price had gone up by neatly £500 so we asked why and the extra cost was that the airline prices had gone up
So we asked how can go up when we booked the flights they also changed the fright to a no stop flight to a 1 stop flight and that’s not what we asked for so we said book the right flight and would pay
That night they spoke to me and asked me to pay there als gave me the flight details and the booking reference my pattern said she didn’t fell right about this so she checked the booking reference and it don’t exist at that point we lost all trust in them so asked for our money back it took 8 months for them to repay it and promised several time promised to pay it the last thing they did was to try and blackmail me saying if I don’t remove my reviews they would not pay me back

Ruby Elliott was extremely helpful in helping us and planning our vacation to Thailand. Ruby sent all the information we need with regards to flights and lovely accommodation.
