Excellent experience with the company and Jordan Parker was so helpful and communicated very well

This company has the worse service ever
They lie about then booking tickets what happened is full payment was due I there messed us about for weeks and when full was requested the price had gone up by neatly £500 so we asked why and the extra cost was that the airline prices had gone up
So we asked how can go up when we booked the flights they also changed the fright to a no stop flight to a 1 stop flight and that’s not what we asked for so we said book the right flight and would pay
That night they spoke to me and asked me to pay there als gave me the flight details and the booking reference my pattern said she didn’t fell right about this so she checked the booking reference and it don’t exist at that point we lost all trust in them so asked for our money back it took 8 months for them to repay it and promised several time promised to pay it the last thing they did was to try and blackmail me saying if I don’t remove my reviews they would not pay me back

Ruby Elliott was extremely helpful in helping us and planning our vacation to Thailand. Ruby sent all the information we need with regards to flights and lovely accommodation.
Hopefully we get to go on this amazing trip.

I got in contact with Martin Wolfe through Facebook regarding a quote on a trip with family. He was extremely helpful and efficient with coming back to me on price. It is a booking for a party of 10, and his ideas and suggestions were fantastic. I haven’t book with them yet as I have to talk to family about it. Ruby Elliot was super helpful in helping us to find the perfect family holiday to Thailand. She took our wishlist into consideration, made tweaks to the itinerary and hotel choices upon request and brought it in on budget.

I received Ruby Eliot contact about a travel which I am looking forward to do. She was very helpful and is willing to assist me in anything I need to make it happen. I’ve not decided yet, because I just started my search, but so far she has been doing a great job.

Jordan Parker sorted out holiday to EuroDisney for Xmas and we had a wonderful time! Jordan msgd loads- even when we were out there- to make sure everything went to plan.

I reached out to One World after seeing an advert on Fb. I filled a form requesting more info. Ruby responded promptly to my request and provided me all the information and was very patient and friendly. I am yet to use the travel package from this company but with people like Ruby on board, Im sure it will be a good experience.

I contacted them to book a Maldives holiday, but the quote they gave me was £1,000 more than the exact same package on Expedia. I understand that agents earn commission, but £1,000 extra is completely unreasonable.

When I challenged this, I received a generic, copy-and-paste style response with excuses and was told they would get back to me. They never did.

Don’t waste your time.

Our service with Thomas Blake was very good but need to get the payment side sort with the Finance department to make payment alot more easier
