Love this place
Love this place, the staff and the treatments!❤️ the combination of infrared sauna & whole body cryo is AMAZING, I could do it everyday, you truly feel so refreshed after! And the cryo facial is also amazing 🫶🏼 I have a monthly membership & it’s one of the best investments I’ve done for my health!
The app is a little annoying at times but the staff is always so helpful that it truly doesn’t matter!

I bought a 3-time visit card for cryotherapy at One Thirty Labs. Absolutely loved the atmosphere, staff, and the treatment itself - it leaves you with those healthy pink cheeks and freshness of the face. Could do it every day!

This has become my absolute go-to place for a peace of mind, full body detox or a quick EMS workout/ MMS Sculpting to tighten up my belly and lift my booty. I just love this place - the treatments and workouts are super efficient and suit busy daily life, so you would actually get it done. And oh ya, the service is great too... Dimona and Prudence are the best!
