I had several treatments at OneThirtyLab, but unfortunately the overall experience was highly unprofessional. There were frequent long waiting times and communication was extremely poor. My last appointment was even scheduled on a public holiday — I showed up and the place was closed without any notice. Rescheduling was not possible, and when I requested a refund for the missed treatment, I didn’t receive any response for weeks. Customer service was basically unreachable. For the price, I definitely expected more reliability and proper service.

Infra red sauna with cryo facial is the best for recovery both physically and mentally! I was hesitant at first, but my infrared sauna quickly became my happy place. Those 30 minutes of deep, soothing warmth melt away my stress and leave me feelings refreshed and recharged. My skin glows, muscles feel relaxed, and I sleep so much better.
If you're looking for a way to unwind and boost your wellbeing, this is it.

One Thirty Labs is one of the best places in Copenhagen to hangout with BFF& BMF :) It combined everything! Beauty,Yoga, Relaxation, most advanced health equipments… Such hygge place with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I had a great session with EMS. Natasha (instructor) was very nice, and answered all my questions as it was my first time. The place is mordern and very tidy and super well located. I highly recommend it!

I have tried kundalini yoga at one thirty labs labs and this was an unforgettable experience! The teacher was extremely professional and unique in her way of teaching, the class inspired me and right after I felt both refreshed and motivated to go on with my day. I can highly recommend everyone yoga classes at the studio, really loved it

OneThirtyLabs has a finger on the pulse of the consciousness, health, wellbeing and tech intersection, packaged with care and aesthetics. I have attended several of their events and have been moved and inspired at deep levels each time - Sanctum dance journey and breath work + sound healing journey. Both events in collab with Soho House Copenhagen. These guys come highly recommended by me!

Fantastic place in the heart of Copenhagen, focusing on training, beauty and longevity. The personnel is extremely professional and service-minded. I was there for EMS training and could feel the effect immediately after and up to 4 days later.
