I used to order from oneskin.co back in 2024 and I stopped just because I wanted to try with other brands. Four days ago I decided to reorder from Oneskin.co and they were fast with delivery. I got the notification that the order has been picked up and this morning I got the email that my order has been delivered. I didn't see any package in front of my apt door. I emailed oneskin and customer services responded with a link to check my package. Oneskin used Sway delivery service. I clicked on the link Oneskin sent me and it showed my package delivered last night. The driver left my package in front of the apartment complex mailbox where everyone, a homeless man can walk in and take my package. Just what I expected. The package was taken by a thief. I didn't receive my package. I am in a process asking for a refund and canceling my subscription with oneskin.co because with this type of delivery, I will never receive anything.
