Nonexistent/garbage Customer Service

My package from CECRED was missing an item. I alerted them immediately, they responded immediately (I now think that response was generative AI), I immediately provided them with the information requested, it’s been a week, I have reached out to them multiple times, and there’s been no response. The products I did get aren’t impressive so I’m sending back the whole thing and opening a fraud claim with my credit card company. Beyoncé should be ashamed to have her name on this garbage operation.

Hmmm, They Missed The Mark

I am so sorry and wanted these products to really work. I went to Ulta and purchased the entire line for about $160. As a licensed cosmetologist, I did my relaxed hair as well as my daughter’s relaxed hair with it. The first time using, the products were ok, but subsequent uses - our hair felt very dry, brittle and wiry. I knew it was the products - so I stopped using it and began treating everyone’s hair with other products to restore it.
I put ALL of the products in a plastic bag and put them in the trash.
I would NEVER recommend these products to anyone.

Order Never Received

I recently had a disappointing and concerning experience with Cécred’s customer service—or lack thereof. I placed an order on 3/18/26, which was marked as delivered on 3/22/26, but I never actually received my items. Instead, I was given a completely unrelated package. This was not a simple shipping error; it appeared that my shipping label had been removed from my original box and placed onto a different package.

As a result, I have lost the money I spent without receiving the products I paid for, which raises serious concerns about the integrity of the fulfillment process. This situation goes beyond frustration and calls into question how orders are handled. Given the premium pricing of Cécred products, I expected a higher level of care, security, and professionalism in packaging and delivery.

Unfortunately, the issue has been compounded by a lack of meaningful customer support. Despite providing photo evidence, I have not been offered any resolution. I initially contacted their support email and received only a vague response with my tracking link. I also reached out via Facebook and Instagram but have not received any responses that would help expedite resolving this issue.

It is especially disheartening to see the brand actively providing free products and merchandise to influencers, while paying customers are left without their purchases and without adequate support.

Poor customer service for lost order

I've previously orded from Cécred and had a positive experience and enjoyed the products, but I placed an order a month ago which appears to have been lost and have had such poor customer service in regards to emails not being responded to, no person to speak to get my money refunded or a new order shipped out, and so it's been so disappointing and I definitely won't be looking to purchase from Cécred again.

Terrible customer service

Great products ngl but the customer support team has to be the worst ever. Dilutes the entire experience of buying from this brand. I cannot wrap my head around how they have the audacity to charge customers so much money and cheap out on delivery. Emails don’t get responses, no one takes accountability but you will see their social media team responding solely to positive comments praising them all day long. It’s appalling. Do better.

I’m genuinely impressed with Cécred

I’m genuinely impressed with Cécred. After a few weeks of use, my hair feels noticeably thicker, stronger, shinier, and incredibly soft. It looks healthier and more alive, not just coated.

The customer service was excellent — quick responses and really helpful — and the delivery was fast and smooth, which always makes a difference with premium products.

You can tell a lot of thought and science has gone into this range. It feels luxurious, but more importantly, it actually works. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

Not worth it: The customer service is non-existent…

The customer service is non-existent which is such a shame because I've heard good things about the products. I needed to update an address because I just moved and they essentially gave me the run around and shipped the product anyway.

If you can find it in store, sure, it only to try it. But skip the online buy.

Poor service

First order (via website) arrived no problem and happy with products. Repeat order placed (to the UK). Email update confirms order hasn’t been shipped. Checked payment has deducted. I have chased numerous times…the only response, “we will response 3-5 days” weeks later no response.
I would not recommend purchasing the item from their website! Very disappointing!

The products are great but customer service not so great

The products are great, as advertised but three emails later still have no resolution to my issues of being over billed. They just do not answer.

Sending another email and hopefully I can get my money back.

Update: as of January 14th : still no answer, and nothing in my spam folder.

Terrible Customer Service

Buy from Ulta! I do not recommend buying off the Cecred site. If you have any issues you will not get a response. Support is email only. They sent me the wrong order and it's been almost 2 weeks of me trying to get in contact with someone to get a refund or get the correct order. At this point I may have to just dispute the transaction.

This hair care line is absolutely…

This hair care line is absolutely transformative! As someone with natural hair, I had been struggling with significant hair loss, particularly around my edges, which left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I was genuinely unhappy with my hair's appearance until I stumbled upon this amazing product line while browsing online at Ulta.

Initially, I found the hair growth drops that caught my eye, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. Undeterred, I signed up for the waitlist and eagerly awaited their arrival. In the meantime, I decided to try the deep conditioner, shampoo, and conditioner from the same line, although I didn't expect much from them. However, I was completely blown away by the results!

When I first used the shampoo, it felt incredibly luxurious, almost like I was applying a deep conditioner instead of a traditional shampoo. My hair instantly became soft and manageable, leaving me in awe of how smooth and silky it felt. But the real star of the show turned out to be the drops—they are nothing short of a miracle in a bottle! Since incorporating them into my routine, I’ve noticed my edges thriving and gradually regrowing.

Very small bottles with a very big price

I ordered the cecred shampoo..
Conditioner and hair all for 65 bucks and that was on sale... the bottles arrived and they are super small..
Beyonce is making a killing off of these fools... i will never buy it again. Not worth it!

Beyoncé is cheap

Beyoncé is cheap! All that money and you can’t afford customer service reps! I have been try to correct my email address for over a week, and no one has contacted me about my issue. Also if you need hair growth help, don’t rely on this company, products take almost a month to get delivered! The hair growth liquid in a bottle doesn’t work just buy rosemary oil for hair growth. What a waste of money!!

Not for me.

Love Beyoncé, and I really wanted to love Cécred, but I can’t. I love the finish it gives a luxurious, salon like feeling, but my scalp hates it. It’s making my scalp extra greasy and flaky, and I’ve never had a problem like this before.

I Wish I Could Review The Product...

Nearly a month later, not only has the initial order not arrived, but the subscription auto renewed, so now I'm paying for something I have never received. I reached out to customer service a week ago and after an initial reply gave my details. I haven't heard back since. So no product + slow reply = no business from me. Shame...it could have been good.
