So far the broker has been outstanding. It's currently there reopening. Just registered and got verified in 5 minutes and also received a credit ... I got a call within 5 minutes from Jordan asking me why I would like to join basically so the broker can get to know you. Very good services. Hopefully everything goes well. Not recommend for newbies
This broker doesn't have transparent customer support team you have to wait for days to get responded on live chat. Although all the strianous experience they paid me all my profits and I wouldn't recommend newbies to trade with such an entity it would be a nightmare for them.

There was a company failure and I wasn't compensated.
There was a malfunction from the company, I lost contact and closed the trades on a loss and I was not compensated, I was ignored by the account manager, I trusted them but after this problem and the loss of 5k this became a disastrous thing I do not recommend dealing with this fraudulent company.

Stop-Loss Manipulation and High Slippage Issues
I've been using OneRoyal for over a year, and unfortunately, my experience has been increasingly disappointing. The slippage is consistently high—especially during low-liquidity periods—which severely impacts trade outcomes.
What’s more concerning is that even when my trade setups remain valid, I’ve observed repeated instances where stop-losses are triggered prematurely. It feels intentional, as if the execution is designed to hit SL levels regardless of market behavior.
This pattern has eroded my trust in the platform’s transparency and reliability. I hope OneRoyal takes these issues seriously and improves their execution standards.
I have provided all the profs to them in the form of screenshots and still they comes up with the lame excuses.

100% scam. Don’t trust the positive reviews. Either fake or paid reviews. Deposited 100k. Account is up to 220k. It let me withdraw 5k on two occasion and when I tried to take out 100K. They said the need additional 54k to investigate so money can be withdrawn. 100% scam and they should be reported asap.
