Inconsistent. One update might be OK but the next will totally feck your experience. It's almost as if they want to drive their users crazy.
Have been a OnePlus user since the 3t but the 11, 12 and 13 have pushed me closer and closer to the dark side.
The ecosystem is absolutely rubbish. Mag chargers and watches are the absolute worst.
Avoid OnePlus. Avoid Android.

I received a coupon: "138.98 € off on OnePlus 15 Bonus Drop Bundle". The promotion where you could get the 125-watt charger was supposed to start this morning at 10:00. I was waiting for the start right down to the second. A few seconds after 10:00, the website showed "OUT OF STOCK". This is some kind of joke on the customer. I managed to quickly refresh the page, clicked the red button to add the product to the cart - I was happy that I succeeded. I quickly entered my card number to make the payment... and then I received a message on the screen that the product was no longer available. What's the point of this whole promotion? Probably just to annoy your customers. I'm considering canceling my £99 pre-order for the OnePlus 15. Things like this should never happen. You don't take your customers seriously.

Bought a Oneplus pad 3 in august.
Start to finish has been a really poor experience, the OS is slow and laggy, face recognition doesn't work, the camera is low quality and performs badly in most scenarios, multitasking is clunky and frustrating to use, the sound quality is okay but peaks heavily at higher volumes.
Worst of all, the included keyboard case has left deep visible scratches all over the screen in less than 2 months of owning it, despite me being extremely careful with the tablet and only using it lightly, it gets overly hot when I'm not doing anything strenuous.
The pen is cheap, plasticky and barely attaches to the tablet, the magnet connection is so weak that simply placing the tablet down disconnects it.
I was bought this as a tablet for entertainment whilst I'm in hospital for cancer treatment, and wish I hadn't so I could've avoided the hassle and stress.

I have green line on the screen and customer service told me to send it to repair and said if it's not physically damaged then we will replace the display for free under "lifetime warranty" but well after checking my phone they said it has been bought 4 years ago so WE DO NOT COVER IT ANYMORE!!!
Now asking me to pay £340 for repairing my OnePlus 9 pro or pay £30 for returning back to me without repair.
IF YOU CANNOT REPAIR IT UNDER WARRANTY LIFETIME THEN STOP MISLEADING THE CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDING DEFECTIVE PHONE SCREENS.
I HAVE ALL THE SCREENSHOTS SAYING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IT WILL BE COVERED UNDER LIFETIME WARRANTY BUT WHEN THEY CONTACT THEIR HIGHER TEAM, THEY SAY IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND WE DO NOT OFFER ANY LIFETIME WARRANTY!!
STOP THIS NONSENSE FOR LITTLE BIT OF SOCIAL STUPIDITY GAIN AND INSTEAD PROVIDE WHAT YOU SAY!!!

Had a faulty OnePlus Pad 3, spent three hours trying to find a way to refund it on the website as the official RMA form had "Gone to space! Be back later." or something of that effect, found a button that did different things every time I clicked on it, and eventually found a way to email. Emailed, received a response a day later, then no response for five days. Ended up ringing, to which the poor custom service agent was obviously instructed by the company to attempt to force the customer to go through attempts to fix the issue when the product had a fault that couldn't be fixed. After begging to the customer service agent to please issue a refund as I had quite literally exhausted every possible avenue to fix the issue (programs crashing multiple times no matter what kind of program it was, graphical issues where polygons would display distorted or a vision similar to static) so eventually they issued a refund and it came through. Thank multiple heavens, gods, and Buddha.

I ordered from OnePlus Netherlands on August 13 (€783). DPD and OnePlus claimed delivery on August 18, but I never received the parcel. Despite repeated requests for proof and follow-ups, OnePlus only gave generic replies and eventually told me to contact the police. No refund, no replacement. Excellent products, but unacceptable service.

Bought the oneplus pad 3 with two cases from the oneplus webshop. Order didn’t arrive complete. The pad and complimentary earbuds were missing from the parcel, contacted the support and they started a case. 4 weeks went by and after emailing/calling with the support service still no progress on the case. No refund or replacement. Dont feel heard by the support team. Probably the worst support I ever experienced from a webshop. Would not recommend buying here!!

Worst experience. My parcel went missing and one plus gave me every excuse to avoid resolving my issue. I will never buy a one plus phone again. Worst experience. Avoid them.

On the 29th i returned a new watch and two pairs of ear buds.
Got a copy of the return label, and even got the driver to date it, and sign it.
Today they send me an email asking for the stuff back, when they know they have it, as the lady wasnt expecting the ear buds so she would have to do something new. Still no refund, shame on them.

I ordered a Pad3 after much thought; although sadly didn’t check customer service reviews. I paid for next day delivery (as I was going to be in) but it didn’t arrive. I messaged them and they said once arrived email back and they would refund and compensate. It arrived the next day and I emailed them, I was then told they wouldn’t refund the next day shipping. After multiple emails they offered £8 credit, On the verge of returning as a company who quibbles over £14 how terrible will they be if something goes wrong with the tablet! From the reviews here their CS isn’t good. I’d rather get the Samsung slightly inferior tablet but know I’ll get better service.

I am using Oneplus 8, when I am purchased it, phone will work properly but after some when I update the software then green line is appear on the screen and I am very scary about this, I go to service center they said that your phone is fall on floor or water that's why green line is appear, you should change the display worth 10,000, price of phone is 30,000 and there is not my fault in green line, my phone is not fall anywhere, but the service center will not change it in free. My money is wasted, so I suggest all not to purchase the Oneplus phone, But now the company claim of free green line solution for the user, If you want to take risk with your money then buy oneplus phone. Thankyou

I tried OnePlus TWICE! Both times the monitors start having green lines. Both phones on the age range of 2-4 years. I had the ONE PLUS 10 PRO and ONE PLUS 8T, both phones were incredible reliable (but only for a few years) In both phones, processor , memory, battery lasted and would have lasted many years more. If there would not be the faulty monitor i would keep recommending One Plus. Exchanging them is insane expensive and not reliable. I have to say that my phones are WORK phones. I live in Panama City, with humidity on average of 80% so the materials are exposed to a lot of rain and harsh conditions. I m very sad with the situation. I have read in many forums that One Plus will blame me for letting it drop for the fault , which is just ridiculous, eighter the monitor breaks and is completely useless, but faulty LED or diodes or something is definitely a quality issue .
I really wish I had read all the Trustpilot reviews about mondoaffari the company Oneplus use for trade ins, I sent in my Samsung S7 tablet. As others have alluded to, the company is awful and your device will be graded as grade C so they can offer you the lowest possible amount.
The company has a policy of low balling anyone who trades in a device regardless of condition, sight that the device show signs of wear. When I say signs of wear they mean even the slightest hint it has been used.
Oneplus should be ashamed of using such an awful and unscrupulous company, after such a bad experience I now actually want to return the Oneplus Pad 3 I bought.
How companies are able to operate like this beggars believe, it is an absolute disgrace and they’re scamming customers out of the real value of their devices. Avoid them at all costs

I ordered the OnePlus 13 and decided to return it (never even opened the box). Since Monday, I’ve been trying to process the return, but every time I contact support, they just tell me their system is down and to “wait 24–48 hours.” I’ve reached out every single day, and I keep getting the exact same response with no real solution.
I don’t understand why something as simple as returning an unopened phone has to be this difficult. Very disappointing experience, and it makes me hesitant to ever purchase from OnePlus again.
I bought a One plus nord buds 2r and it's great in quality, it transfers sound perfectly and the bass is amazing it's a value for money product and it's mic are very useful because we can speak into mic 1-2 metres distance. And this great buds.
Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order for over £1,400 more than six weeks ago and still do not have the product or my money back. The way they operate is simple: every time a deadline approaches, they ask for something new so the process starts all over again. First it was an “investigation,” then they promised a resolution by a certain date, then silence. Next they asked for more forms, then a police report, always pretending it is the “final thing required.” I provided everything immediately, yet they keep moving the goalposts.
This is not a mistake, it is a scam tactic. They drag things out endlessly in the hope that you will give up and forget. I am already in talks with Trading Standards about these scumbags, and I would advise anyone considering buying direct to save themselves the nightmare. Their Trustpilot rating of 1.6 stars says it all.

Oneplus phones are great unless you need customer service then they are utterly useless. Very disappointed.

I ordered a phone one month ago. The parcel was supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail but it was not. Royal Mail acknowledges this fact. I have reported this to OnePlus. They have been "looking into the issue" for 2 weeks but failed to provide any update, deliver my phone or return money despite numerous attempts by me. As things stand my money is with OnePlus and I will need to resolve the issue with the credit card company. Do not buy anything from the company directly

Do NOT buy from OnePlus — this is a scam. Stay away! OnePlusNever shipped my phone or watch. Despite repeated attempts to reach out, Zack Russel have refused both a refund and a reshipment. At this point, I need either my money back or my order sent again. where the CEOOrder # A112505183558000355
Are you kidding me? Don’t waste my time with your copy-paste garbage. I don’t care what your so-called “logistics” and “courier partners” say — I NEVER received my phone. Stop insulting my intelligence.
You stole my money, ignored my proof, and now you dare to tell me to “understand”? I will NEVER understand fraud.
Let me be crystal clear: I will spend the rest of my life warning people to stay away from your scam of a company. Every single day I’ll keep exposing your lies and dirty tricks until no one trusts you anymore.
Keep your pathetic excuses — I don’t buy them, and nobody else will either.
New OnePlus 13r right out of the box...problems. Apps that wouldn't work properly or at all. Standard Android features that wouldn't work. I did two complete updates and no change. Emailed OnePlus customer service and basically got "bot" responses. Then got the "run around"...send us detailed videos of each problem you're having...send us proof of purchase...REALLY???!!! I continued to get this run around for three days and finally just sent them a final email telling them that I was sending the phone back to the dealer...still within the fifteen day return period...returning it as a defective phone. They also made an issue over the fact that I bought the phone from a phone store and didn't ordrer it directly from them!!! MY OPINION...DON'T EVER BUY a OnePlus phone!!!
