This is the worst company I have ever used. Been trying to get a refund for an undelivered order since August and still nothing from them. Just get passed around and told they will get back to me in 1-2 business days, after a week I contact them and it takes several days for them to reply. Please avoid this company they are terrible at customer service.

I'm so glad I'm not the only ine who suffering the poor quality of CS I brought a Physion Pro, it's not worked since It arrived. Eva has sent me in endless goose chases for asking for videos, the goal posts for what they want as proof changes each week. Instagram responses contradict the email responses which asked for an address to have a replacement, they fail to address the fault quickly or even apologise for the delay. I've now sent four chaser emails NONE have been responded to. They genuinely don't care its a shame as they're loosing out on a BJJ community who be a good investment to look after. I'd never willingly say don't buy anything but I'm starting to believe other people's experiences in dealing with this company. Truly disappointed

Stay away from this company. They are slow to dispatch and slow to respond through their CS team. I returned a brand new item within days of it arriving. The item was sent back first class and exactly as instructed. Onephysion claimed the item never returned to their warehouse. Appalling conpany.

Still not received it. Its been 2 weeks now.

Ordered the number two gun and 2 separate heads and got to say worse service ever and still waiting on deliveries … not turned up for weeks on end and ignoring my request for a refund now too … I sent them emails and used Facebook messenger don’t buy from these people …. Rip you off your money

Love this Massage Gun, very comfortable to use with many different attachments for different areas of the body.
Initially my son bought one and I tried it and decided to get one for me too. Although his one came with a nice storage case and mine didn't, I bought from OnePhysion too!

I have ms and my spine aches all the time I have muscle wastage the pain is severe and goes into spasms since I started to use this on a daily basis it has relived the pain relaxed the spasm I am now down to every other day !! Works Brilliant I would highly recommend anyone who suffers severe pain and spasms..

Already had physion 2but purchased the mini as it is easier to carry it around but it is still a very powerful machine and more comfortable to hold If you have problems gripping the larger machine.Would certainly recommend any of the physion machines.

Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Still waiting for my parcel a month later. They get back to emails after about 5 days , with no answers .

It's been 15 days and still counting and I haven't received my package. Horrible shipping service. Not recommend.

Pretty good so far. Not sure if it helps recovery as I don’t really do much training but it certainly feels good and relaxing. Product seem sturdy. Will see how we get on.

I STILL haven't received my order despite ordering weeks ago and the money being taken from my account. I received an off hand email in response to my query. The tracking number when accessed is vague at best. Disappointing and if I don't receive it soon I will be looking for a refund.

Long lasting battery
Serious and Responsible company. Professionally deals with queries.

Part of my order is missing and have yet to get a response from Customer service

I Placed my order on the 13th of September and have still not recieved anything it shows that it is still in China and no one at OnePhysion gets back to you regarding the delay. All they say is it has been shipped.

Really amazed from the first few minutes, is a serious tool for full body enhance.

Update about my return - no one has been in contact about returning the massage gun that does not work. Do not buy anything from this company. It is a scam.

One Physion - you have replied on Trust Pilot - I have sent numerous emails about my order to customer services and the response is: not given straight away, I have been asked to send in two separate videos to show the item not working and that the technical team will review the video to work out the fault. How can anyone work out a fault from a video where the item does not work? Your lack of customer services, delay tactics, just highlights your company is a scam. I first highlighted the problem two weeks after receiving the item and it is not 6weeks since I first asked for a return. Shocking! PLEASE DO NOT BUY from this company!!!

Excellent, worked wonders on my wife's shoulder.

I received an offer for this product and when it came to the payment screen my discount code did not apply. I then contacted the customer service team to explain to them before purchasing i had a 25% off offer and they said there was nothing they could do.

They have responded but failed to ignore my review and have cleary missed the fact i have stated i entered my code at the checkout and it DID NOT APPLY ! there reponse to this as you can see by the great customer service below is that i should of applied it at the checkout.... Joke of a compan!!!

I like my onephysion very much even my hubby is very happy with it.
