Never arrived and no reply to messages on Instagram or via customer support. Avoid at all costs, a shambles of a company!

Ordered one airfreshh bottle as the rest was out of stock. It was a gift for my partner for Christmas as was a recommended business but have never received the product. Despite multiple tries to contact I had no response from the business.
So I started a refund case with my bank, but to now be told airfreshh have stated I’m wrong and have received the product when I have not. I ordered this in November and are still yet to receive it and want my money back. DO NOT ORDER THEY ARE A SCAM!

Item never arrived despite payment being taken. Emailed several times but never had any response. Now taken up with my bank to try and get a refund. **AVOID!**

Product came half full, very expensive for half the advertised product. However, I must state the product smells great and lasts for a few days

Have a big fat one star for deleting my fair, but negative review of airfreshh on Facebook. Was a perfectly reasonable post about my not so great experience and the fact that you can't handle the feedback/don't want any criticism on your ad's just convinces me further to shop elsewhere. My original review probably would have been 2* at a push if anyone cares (to sum up: very expensive and doesn't really work well).

Oft defo pantie dropper the savage scent in my car the wife’s knickers fell straight off first time in the car highly recommend.

The first 2 tins I purchased the fragrance lingered for ages ...for some reason the 2nd 2 tins of fragrance I brought dont seem to linger nowhere near as long

Marking them down by 1 due to slightly late delivery, as I paid extra for express and it took 4/5 days to come. Otherwise it would be 5. Based from the experience I had, I am surprised to see so many had issues with the service because it was very good for me

Their customer service was actually very good. I sent an email voicing my concern and I’d got a personalised response (not automated) within 30 minutes expressing their apologies.

The product smells very nice and is an accurate representation of the Dior scent. I haven’t been back to my car yet, so I’m not sure how long it will last tho

I am happy with product, and the service was good. I will likely use again once my product runs out

Ordered 3 tins at start of the month, one tin (invincible) wasn’t in stock said will b dispatched on the 20th (3week wait) when I emailed on 22nd to see what was happening the guy said their not getting any till mid-end of August! ( almost 3 months all in) so my advice to anyone if it’s not in stock don’t bother wasting your time u could be waiting months!!!

The smell of air freshener is unbelievable,is making my car smell so good.
If you spray the air freshener on the carpet the smell stays longer inside the car.

These are unbelievable! The smell is amazing after such a small burst and its lasts and lingers for AGES! I use these in my car, my home and have been known to give my office a quick blast to freshen the place up and I always receive compliments. Delivery is spot on, quick and easy to order, perfect! 100% would recommend and will be purchasing again in the future 👍
