In response to another review about the zip on the 'Eco Essentials Pouch, the company responded: “The more you use the Eco Essentials Pouch, the easier you’ll find the zip glides” and “Rest assured, the pouch is built to last and is highly quality”.

THIS IS NOT TRUE.

The longer I had my pouch the worse the zip got, until the stitching gave way, creating a kink that broke the zip completely. This pouch is not ‘built to last’ at all. The company have told me that the zips can’t be repaired and they want me to pay for a replacement plus postage. Even at a discount, I think this is unfair. My emails asking for a discussion about this have been completely ignored. OneNine5 are not 'eco-conscious', as they claim to be, when their products fall apart so easily and can’t be repaired. Very disappointing.

I have tried to leave a Review on the company website, but it won't go through (I expect they filter out negative reviews).

The customer service leaves to be desired. I ordered a product on their website, and then no tracking updates on an order, even after the approximate 1-7 days of shipping. I sent a few emails to contact them, but just got one reply. They ghosted all of my other emails.

I requested a chargeback to get back my money, and will never shop on this company again.
