After multiple years of ACTUALLY using this wallet, I can't say enough good words about it. Trustful hardware platform, open source software - that is how true crypto wallet should look like. So much better than those other software wallets.

I have been having Time out Connection errors when trying to receive assets on my OneKey pro. It's not a cable issue. It's an app issue and the most PATHETIC support issue I have ever experienced. They are based out of China and only contact you on their time. The AI is just sad at best and there is no Live Chat. They just say they will be back later today. Last resort is email and that has been horrible. They might get back to you 48-72 hours later and tell you to check your cables. Duh! Then they send you a bridge link that doesn't work. Three days later they tell you your emails are to confusing. I gave them simple and very detailed information. Their App or their Devices are defective. It feels like they know this and are just leading you on. I have never been as disappointed with a product and their support as with this company. I should have looked into Reddit reviews. This seems to be a common problem.

Dai knows One key products and their applications in depth. I was one of the few customers that requested an exclusive air gap introduction, nonetheless Dai adapted to my needs and went through an irregular tutorial spontaneously and smooth. I appreciate his patience and empathy while I was going through the steps myself. I was super impressed by his awareness of global crypto structures and there was not a single question he couldn’t answer me straight away. I pushed him for two hours and you can tell his priority was customer satisfaction by giving all around views a making sure OneKey products are used in a proper and safe manner.

Give this guy a promotion!

I report a recurring hardware defect with the OneKey Pro device, specifically regarding its internal battery performance and longevity.

Firstly, I want to emphasize that the device itself is full of features and your associated application is perfectly executed. The user experience in terms of software functionality is excellent, which is why this hardware issue is so disappointing.

However, the battery life is the absolute worst. I have now 2 separate OneKey Pro, and both have suffered a complete battery breakdown after only 2-5 weeks of usage. Support for Claim of warranty didn't answer till now

They have a great support which answers very fast and efficent.

The device's build quality still has a long way to go. But overall I would give a 5 star rating on the software.

great service and great product. delivery fees could be a bit less ( express). the app and connectivity however are splendid.

On my first day with my wallet, I lost $850 because I wasn't careful when creating a passphrase. Now I'm happy with my wallet because it's really easy to use. I hope they add more tokens like Iota, XDC, and XLM in the future. Thanks, keep building a great product.

The best crypto wallet of all. Everything is transparent and understandable. Each blockchain is visible separately. You can exchange cryptocurrency directly in the wallet on the four largest decentralized exchanges. Everything is convenient, transparent and understandable.

PS: The only thing I would really appreciate is, if the company would again add Monero (XMR) to the OneKey Classic, as they had before. This would really help a lot of users including me.

It arrived quickly. Great packaging, very secure. I set it up offline. Very easily moved my assets off exchanges, all the tokens that I couldn't secure with my ledger flex. In hindsight I probably would have bought a onekey instead of a ledger though no big deal, doesn't hurt having two different hardware wallets.
