Booked my test and had them completed the following day. I turned up early however the nurse said it was no issue and took my bloods. Results came back the following day. Can’t fault the service I received

Great , lovely lady bridie attended me , she is a big ball of sunshine ☀️ and great at taking blood ! Did not hurt at all

Made me feel super comfortable even when the blood test didn’t work the first time. 0 pain, didn’t even realise the needle, even though im extremely scared of them!

Excellent experience. A phone number would be much appreciated if at all possible. Very quickly proccessed, thorough and easy to understand test results.

I had a fantastic experience with One Day Tests Newcastle Clinic. Bridie took my bloods and was extremely friendly, super fast, and I literally didn't feel a thing! My veins are usually really difficult to find and its generally quite a painful process but Bridie had no problem whatsoever, the whole thing was really quick and completely painless I couldn't believe it! Plus my results came through the next day! I'm so impressed and will definitely be coming back for all my blood tests in the future.

The entire process from start to finish was so easy they ensured I understood what I was getting done and was so lovely and kind would recommend to anyone

Booking time was spot-on, no waiting around.
Receptionist very pleasant, professional, a credit to her employer, and surprisingly, she was also the phlebotomist.
I hardly felt her taking blood samples. - Top class.
To round it all off, the office called a taxi for me.

Absolutely great service in the Newcastle location. A credit to your company with her friendly and attentive attitude. Quick turnaround.

Great service quick and very efficient tests came back next day! Big shout out to Bridie who took my bloods she was super quick easy to talk too and efficient, no pain and no bruising perfect!
Also had a great deal on which saved me some pennies!
