Friendly, calm and efficient.
I had three vials drawn as part of my blood test and was quite anxious in advance, but Toni was patient and calm and it was virtually painless. The booking process was easy, I was sent all the information I needed in advance and the turn-around time for receiving my results was very fast.

This was my first time using one day tests in Croydon. The nurse that took my blood was very friendly and she was very informative. The process was very quick and easy and I got the results back the same day. I will be using one day tests in the future.

Not scared of needles anymore
The lady that took my bloods was absolutely fantastic. I am fearful of needles however the way she administered it made me want to have blood taken again. Quick and easy service with discretion. Thanks

Among the best
The customer service I received from Toni at the Croydon branch was among the best, good old fashioned care which is what our NHS is missing, I went for a Ldl cholesterol test APO B test that is not normally checked by regular drs. I couldn't remember which test I needed and Toni took the time to help me figure it out which one I wanted.
The results came back fast.

Fast and efficient blood testing
Viviane the phlebotomist was very friendly and professional, and took my blood sample first time without any discomfort or bruising. I received the results within a few hours on the same day, along with a full explanation of what the results indicated.

I am petrified of needles. I went to one day tests in Croydon and Viviane was the lady who took my blood. She was so lovely and reassuring and before I know it it was over with. Really recommend going there
