Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had with a company. Service itself was flawless, efficient, reasonably priced and very useful. Customer service was about as good as it gets. They told me I'd accidentally overpaid and refunded me in 3 minutes after I raised it with customer support.

We needed the result of a blood test quickly. We went to a clinic, it was clean and professional. The test was done quickly and the results came in the same day.

It was very easy to book. Appointment was on time and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I received my results just over 24 hours later. They had very clear descriptions which were easy to understand.

The location was difficult for me to find at first in Canary Whalf because I came from the longer train station walk to get there which in that area can be a nightmare if you are not familiar with this location. But what I will say which is fantastic. Having failed to find this place once on the above . I was able to cancel 15mins before because I knew at that point . I would never find it . That for me in those circumstances to have access to that was brilliant so I did not lose out financially. The nurse I seen was also brilliant and professional and super friendly . To top it off . I also got my results that same evening from my appointment at 2.30pm which is just fantastic. My results were very clear & some of the results I was aware of prior anyway because my underlying health condition. Would I recommend this company . Most definitely and will be using there services again .
