Excellent team

We are a British business that has worked with OneClick for several years. They are responsive and professional and we really enjoy working with them.

Great team great results through multiple projects

We’ve partnered with One Click IT on multiple projects, and every experience has been exceptional. Their team is consistently professional, reliable, and committed to delivering above expectations.

Most recently, One Click IT developed our Veteran Business Community networking app—an initiative designed to help veteran entrepreneurs connect, collaborate, and support one another. Within the first month of launching, the app has already grown its users base and the functionality has transformed how our community engages. Members can now network, build relationships, and create opportunities with ease, all within an intuitive and empowering platform.

One Click IT truly understands how to translate vision into impactful technology. We’re grateful for their partnership and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a development team that genuinely cares about outcomes and community impact.

Kudos to Team OneClick

The team is amazing. The support we got throughout the journey of building the website was phenomenal. Romit, Rahul, Sanidhya and all the team was there to answer the queries and came up with a quick solution. Towards the end before Go Live although it was festive season in India but they worked with dedication to ensure we do not miss the date.

We’ve had an incredibly positive…

We’ve had an incredibly positive experience working with OneClick IT over the past few months. From the very beginning, the team has been proactive, reliable, and transparent in every stage of the process. A special shoutout to Darshan and Rahul, who have both gone above and beyond to support us through the development of a highly sophisticated internal tool that has now become an integral part of how we operate.

What really stood out to us was the level of communication. At no point did we feel left in the dark — we were kept informed with regular updates, timelines, and clear explanations for every decision or recommendation. Any time a challenge or bug popped up (which naturally happens in any development process), the team acted fast to troubleshoot and resolve it, without excuses or delays.

Their commitment to quality and their collaborative approach made this a smooth and genuinely enjoyable project to be part of. It’s rare to find a tech partner that combines technical skill with this level of professionalism and care, and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with OneClick IT again or recommend them to others looking for a trustworthy development team.

Don't Waste Your Money (our $35k)

Don't Waste Your Money ($35k down the drain)

One Click Technologies wasted over $35k of our money supposedly developing a top-notch app for us. I didn't find any bad reviews & I only wish someone had told me about them, so hence this review.

One Click IT Consultancy talk a good game, look good, they are eager & "seem" to be doing the work. They'll show up at meetings, aggressively pursue your business, and seem to be doing a lot.

But when we had constant crashes & other major issues, we started asking questions, requested higher level techs to fix the issues, but the problems just kept multiplying.
The team kept having new faces, a revolving door of people. They would be late for meetings. They had to turn on the captions in Google Meetings so we could understand them and they would understand us. Whenever, we got a new project manager, the institutional knowledge went out the window & we'd be starting all over.

Worst still, when One Click fixed an issue, the software would revert to previous glitches or lose some of the new changes made. It was a mess of confusion.

When One Click would tell us a milestone was reached and we'd meet for the presentation, it would take 10 minutes to get the app up & then it would crash or have glitches over and over.

It is very hard to tell the quality of coders unless you yourself are one, and even then, unless you're skilled in the type of coding at hand, you still can only tell so much. You can only go by the finished product, the demos and how they work with you. One Click was NOT a good experience in any of this.

I finally brought in a well-known auditing company who said what One Click was developing was very poor in a damning 20 page report. It would never scale as we got more users. The security on it was downright scary. And we would have to start over to build a viable app. After months of work, meetings and tens of thousands of dollars, this was very upsetting.

When we asked the independent auditor, one of the top in the United States, if they could fix the errors, they said it would be easier to start from scratch, comparing it to being easier to write an essay from a blank piece of paper rather than try to edit a random jumble of words.

I asked the auditor if they could work with One Click to polish up the code and fix it, teaching them HOW to do it correctly, and this company said NO. It would be too much time and money, not worth our while.

One of two things happened:

1. One Click didn't give us their best people (which is sad considering how far into 5 figures we got paying them) which really sullies their trustworthiness or
2. They simply do not have engineers skilled enough

Wherever their failures lie, we are out a lot of money, One Click refused a refund and we are back at Square One. Awful experience, avoid One Click IT consultancy at all costs. They are NOT up to snuff. You may be tempted with the good front they put on, but it's not worth it. You'll be wasting your time and money. And you will not realize until you've put a lot of money in that you will not get back.
