The time it took to renew my insurance was far too long. Having to go to the chat option ment I nearly cancelled. Once I was in the queue I was number 7 then it took around 20min to renew. I don’t think I will renew with this company again as it takes too long. !!!
Painful
Painful, time wasting. “Use the online portal to make changes, as with an agent it will cost you a higher fee” ok so I try and use the portal. And it keeps breaking. So then I’m forced to use the chat which I swear has someone at the other end making and drinking a cup of tea between every line of chat. It took 1.5hours of hell to make a change that should have been 10 mins of the online portal and worked. It’s designed to mess you around. Honestly the most infuriating system and company .they have designed it this way. Avoid!!
Shocking company
Shocking company. Ask for hundreds of pounds to change vehicle, so when you try to cancel your policy they make you wait for hours on the "live" chat, which continuously closes down due to a timeout on their end. When you try to cancel the policy altogether they try to charge you hundreds further.

All I wanted was my NCD evidence when I moved brokers. They were obstructive and petty, refusing to recognise my NCB history. I have now lost my NCB, thanks to OneClick. God only knows what they would be like if one ever had to make a claim. Good riddance - never again.

changing car and therefore your car insurance can be tricky and at time stressful, i used the online chat services of one click and after an hour got exactly what i wanted, the service is excellent and costs me nothing to use via my computer at home.

Staff excellent, software awful.
The customer service staff are, as always, extremely courteous and helpful but the customer login portal constantly fails to recognise login details, even after use of the alternative/reset password option. I used the chat option to get my proof of no claims for the previous year and was immediately sent a pdf file of same, which was great, so kudos for that. As with almost all companies, the quote for the following year wasn't competitve, so I bought insurance from a different company.

Please get phones back it's much easier and quicker to get things done. First time had to go on chat what could have been done in 10mins on phone took nearly 40min. 2nd time probably what could have been done in approximately 30min lasted about 1hour 30min. Absolutely rubbish lack of productivity on line when it's much quicker on phone. I don't think when it come to renew in 2027 I probably will be going elsewhere. Don't recommend.

She was really very efficient,knew what she was doing, was patient with me, as im not very quick at these things. She's an absolute asset and credit to your company. Didnt recognise a new number plate. Done live chat and was told it would be £100 plus admin fee to cancel my policy when I didnt want to cancel, just change car. They also asked questions to answers I'd already given. Won't use One click again.
