I recently ordered a lovely pot for my mum's birthday which unfortunately arrived broken. One World were fantastic dealing with this, providing me with friendly updates and ensuring that the replacement pot had additional packaging. The new pot arrived in no time and the person I spoke to about this couldn't have been more helpful. My mum was delighted with her gift.

I purchased a vase which turned out to be even better than the picture, packaging was brilliant so I knew the vase would be in one piece.

The order process was straightforward & delivery was very quick. Sadly one of the products had a manufacturing fault which could not have been missed by whoever wrapped the item for storage/delivery. As the item was not expensive it would have been more hassle for me to return so I chose to not complain/ return.

You have lovely products, well designed and affordable. It allows one to elevate the homes without breaking the bank. Your Delivery is also prompt and messaging regarding deliveries is helpful.I am a devoted customer.

great service - nice people - value for money & good design

Updated review- customer services investigated quickly once aware of my email and worked hard to resolve the problem and to ensure I was happy. I would feel confident to order from them again knowing that they clearly do value their customers’ experience, and I’m grateful for their resolution.

It came so late- I ordered it and the delivery got pushed back. Then when it arrived it wasn’t my correct order and didn’t contain what I ordered. I have emailed to ask how to get my actual order but there’s been no reply yet.
