It came so late- I ordered it and the…

Updated review- customer services investigated quickly once aware of my email and worked hard to resolve the problem and to ensure I was happy. I would feel confident to order from them again knowing that they clearly do value their customers’ experience, and I’m grateful for their resolution.

It came so late- I ordered it and the delivery got pushed back. Then when it arrived it wasn’t my correct order and didn’t contain what I ordered. I have emailed to ask how to get my actual order but there’s been no reply yet.

Secondly, we're sorry for any perceived delay - I can see this was a pre-order item that arrived back into stock late March, however the delivery may have taken longer due to the Easter Bank Holiday.

First time purchasing from one world…

First time purchasing from one world did a large order which included table side table mirrors and some smaller decorative items all arrived very well one small little problem with one ornamental object which was after communicating with customer service of a placement was sent out immediately and received it very quickly.
I’m very happy with the quality of the venture. It looks great and Word definitely order again..
Customer service was very responsive and polite and took time to call me rather than do the WhatsApp chat because it was a better way of communication for them at that point, all in all a good experience highly recommend!

Ordering online was very easy

Ordering online was very easy. My cushions arrived promptly and look amazing. They are slightly on the pricey side but are very good quality. I have used one.world in the past and would use them again.
