Great ‘wonky’ ceramics !

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The company is a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, with friendly, polite and efficient customer service throughout.

The furniture is beautifully made, solid and of an excellent standard — you can immediately see the quality and attention to detail. Delivery was equally impressive, with a professional, courteous and efficient team who made the whole process completely seamless.

Overall, an excellent customer experience and a company I would wholeheartedly recommend. Without a doubt, my favourite shop!

My order was extremely well-packaged, and my swans arrived undamaged.
The website was easy to navigate and my order was despatched very quickly.I am very happy with the couriers used ie. DHL.
My swans are beautiful and are now on display in my living-room.
I have so many One.World items in my home that I have purchased over the years.I believe One.World is my favourite homewares company.

I came across One World when I lived near Cranleigh and they had an outlet in the area.
I went in and I basically wanted to buy every single item that was in there!
Amazing range of products, high quality and reasonable prices. Whenever I can't find anything in store, the online experience and delivery services are very good and reliable.
And the lamps, oh the lamps...in love with all! Especially the oversized ones and One World know how to deliver on this!!

We ordered two table lamps very pleased with them ordering easy and delivery all went smoothly no damage to items ordered.

I received my order promptly. Unfortunately the glass on the mirror tray was broken during transit. A quick email and everything was sorted out. They even took my suggestion of extra packaging over the glass on board. My replacement arrived within days in perfect condition. Excellent service and will definitely use them again.

I am very pleased with my new lamps from One World, purchased them in the sale so they had a huge reduction (75%) so I was not sure what quality they would be. They arrived promptly and amazingly well packaged and after battling my way through the boxes, WOW, I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice and sturdy they are. Would recommend One World for sure.

Excellent customer service , my lamp unfortunately had a faulty shade however i was quickly offered the option of a replacement or a reduction in price . Love my new lamp , i accepted the refund and am able to position the lamp with the fault on the shade against the wall so it isn’t even visible. Quick delivery and well packaged.I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Extremely nice people to deal with for both the initial purchase and the replacement item after receiving some courier damage.

Great service and fantastic quality product.

Ordered a sofa from One World. They were communicative and flexible with the delivery date. The delivery team were friendly and helpful in troubleshooting how to get the sofa in to our apartment. Would highly recommend.
