Just as the other reviews have stated, these shoes are absolute garbage. They are nothing like the shoes shown on the website. They are cheaply made and the sizing runs small. This is an absolute scam. I have contacted the company only to be told that I cannot get a refund. It took a month to receive this terrible product. I will NEVER order from this company again. They are criminals!!! I will also be reporting this company.

I got scammed. Fell for the gimmick. Didn’t read closely. These are knock offs and not the company that has super cute and durable shoes.
REPEAT this is a scam.
Couldn’t cancel after I placed my order and saw the reviews- even though it was within 24 hours. Their cancellation policy is within 6 hours.
Product arrive after a month- cheap materials, horrible probably hazardous chemicals and will probably take thousands of years to degrade in a landfill. No returns unless damaged in shipping and only then for a replacement. No refunds! Will be placing a scam alert with my payment agency.
Hope they all suffer bad karma for many long years for scamming people.

Do not buy any products from On Cloud walk !!!! Cheaply made shoes and a 3 day return policy after delivery . The kicker ,it takes them 3 days to respond!!!! And they say …. Sorry it is a 3 day return policy . So in my case, I was out of town when shoes were delivered. I received them 6 days after delivery. It took them 3 days to respond so now 9 days after delivery. The shoes were over $60 and too small and cheaply made !!!! They said no returns and no refunds!!!! Filed a complaint with the BBB who respond and say they are no longer in business ???? So something is weird there. Their company is under an LLC when you dig deep. So please share with your friends and family. Do Not Buy from On Cloud Walk shoes!!!!

Buyer beware
Don’t order shoes not true to size. No refund or exchange policy even if they tell you they have a policy once you buy shoes you are stuck with them. I know got my shoes they don’t fit. On Cloud Walk refuses to exchange but offered my 25% of my next order. There will not be a next order. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS NOT A US COMPANY!

They don't deserve one star.
I have an issue even giving this company one star. The shoes are a smelly plastic, one is bigger than the other, and they are nothing close to be orthopedic. I disputed the charge on my card and will be reporting this company to every relevant agency I can in hopes that no one else gets ripped off by them. Look at their FB page. There are complaints galore, and they are banking on their name being close to another company name who does have good qualify shoes. They know exactly what they are doing, ripping off consumers.

SCAM! I should have checked here first and will in the future. I purchased Arch Support Sandals which turn out to have literally zero arch. As others have reported they arrive in a plastic bag and stink of chemicals. The materials are incredibly cheap and the top is glued on. These are cheap garbage shoes
These are cheap garbage shoes. I feel like I have been robbed. I thought I was buying from British company, but instead the shoes shipped from China. They were shipped in plastic bags without a box. There were no markings or labels on the shoes, not even sizing. Plus they smelled like chemicals. I ordered 3 pairs. Two were delivered after several weeks, the 3rd never showed up.

I absolutely love this style and brand…
I absolutely love this style and brand of sandals. I have ordered 3 pairs here on the On Cloud Walk website. With these sandals, I can feel pretty sure they'll fit without having to return them. The uppers are made of real leather. The footbed has some arch support but is somewhat flat. They are well made, lightweight and comfortable though. Some of these types of sandals are hard and heavy, not these. If you want something that rivals other brands out there, this is definitely worth a try. I love them!
I have been walking around enduring toe pain for years until I decided to try On Cloud Walk. Oh my gosh i cannot believe how comfortable they are, no more toe pain, no more redness on my hammertoes, or crowding.

On Cloud Walk has a policy of refusing to exchange for correct size. The chart says 37 = US 6.5 size shoe but their 37= US 7.5
Too bad for us, we were duped, too bad for them, they have lost a lot more than the $40 dollars we wasted.

WORST company EVER!!! Beware. YOU CANNOT return these shoes!! They are FALSLY advertised, cheaply made, no give in the hard soles, no brand name on the shoe itself so they are awful shoes that are thrown together in Vietnam and passed off as a good shoe. Customer Service is rude and once they have your money, you are never getting it back. My shoes did not fit my foot and even with their ‘proof’ I sent with pics and measurements, they still insisted they sent the correct size and would not accept a return. I learned a $75 lesson.

I really don't want to give them 1 star, a minus 100 would be better. They are a rip off company. Website showed the shoes coming from Jamaica, NY. When you need to return them after having PayPal go to them for me, I am supposed to pay return shipping to VIET NAAM! The shoes were $40 and it cost $120 to return them! Beware!!

Please do NOT order from this company. They WILL NOT allow returns if the shoes don’t fit. I ordered a size 8. When I received the shoes, they were EURO size 39. The shoes are extremely wide. I ordered two pairs of slides, and they wouldn’t even stay on my feet. They were also way too long. The shoes are of poor quality and are shipped from some foreign shipping company that I never heard of. Please DO NOT buy from this company.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. It took a month to arrive (from China) and when opening package a horrid, insecticide smell permeated the house. They were doll size. We immediately threw them out in the outside garbage.

This company is a sham! I ordered two sizes as usual and the quality was crap and neither were comfortable or fit. I asked to return and because I had ordered the correct sizes they refused to give me directions to return them or issue a refund. I’m out $71. Do not buy from this terrible company. Wish I’d checked the reviews first!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY from these people!!!!!!! They are a FRAUDULENT company!!! Any "good" reviews they have are completely FAKE.
They sold me two cotton bras, claiming in the website that their company is in the U.S. Not only are they in VIETNAM, not the U.S., the crap merchandise they sent clearly says on the tag that the bras are not cotton as was advertised on their website. I specially ordered cotton and received polyester and a concoction of chemicals. The bra itself is like something out of the Good Will. It's a cheap joke. When I sent them proof and asked for my money back, they went silent. Of course.
So I filed a dispute with PayPal. Another joke company. The fraudsters over at Cloudwalk asked me to send the bras to VIETNAM if I wanted my money back!!!!!

FRAUD!! Never received order. Was given a fraudulent tracking number and delivery details that both UPS and US Postal service said were invalid. Refund refused because they claimed I received my order.
