I also should have read the review I ordered 2 pr sandal hoping i was getting what was stated pure leather memory foam instep, no they were horrible quality received in a plastic bag all crush up no boxes, leather like paper hard on inside out $66.00. I shouldve read the reviews before I ordered from this sham company. Took a month to get my order. To say I was shocked was a understatement. These shoes looked like they cost .79 cents to make. I am out $40
but live and learn. I threw them in the trash.

I wish I could include pictures to explain how bad these shoes are. I ordered shoes with a buckle but there is no physical way to close the buckle and therefore you cannot wear the shoe while moving. Ridiculous scam. Do not buy from this company. Oh, don’t get me started on the tar smell. Just awful.

Horrible joke! These are POOR quality and not leather - it’s more like cheap felt. And definitely not orthopedic! Not at all what they show online. The hardware on the tassel is plastic and is a bright gold color that is flaking. They are wrapped in plastic when they arrive and the smell is horrendous through the plastic! I have sent more than 8 emails. They respond every time without acknowledging the precious emails. They are definitely running a scam. I wish I had read the reviews first but the website looks legit. I wonder if they are using the word orthopedic to target a certain vulnerable age group? So WRONG!!!!!!

Saw the shoes online and ordered them, the looked nice and were reasonably priced as well as orthopedic. Haha. What a joke. Poor quality, hard as a rock and I can’t get the smell out of my house. Will never order from this company or any like it. Buy American.

I ordered a pair of casual flats from this Company on May 24 not realizing it was an off-shore business. (I have had a previous horrible experience with these companies) The shoes arrived on 6/11 and they did not resemble the shoes pictured on their site. They are cheap polyurethane with uneven stitching…and they smell bad. Still, they were the correct size I ordered so I tried them on. The heel area was shaped poorly and did not fit my foot. They actually folded down on my heel.

I immediately tried to contact the Company. E-mail was the only option. I explained the situation and received an email asking me to take a photo of my foot and a drawing of it with a ruler alongside. I did as they asked and replied within 2 hours. Their response came 2 days later No return!…but they would give me 30% off another purchase …….Right, like I’m going to waste more money with these scammers. Ironically, I would be embarrassed to even donate these ugly, cheap shoes!

I wish I had read this site before I bought 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of sandals. 😫 The shoes are NOT ORTHOPEDIC- the shoes and sandals are flat and hard. There is no arch support, no cushioned insole and no impact heel cup. All the orthopedic information they have on their website is NOT what you get. The shoes are cheaply made and smell very bad! This company lies about the quality of their product. They DO NOT accept returns. Read the return policy carefully. There are plenty of US shoe companies you can buy from and be treated well. This company does not speak English well and communicating with them is a long process only to be ignored.

I would rate this company a zero if I could. Improper sizing and they do not accept returns. You get a real runaround in dealing with what they call customer support (it is a joke). They ask for details and drag out the process and in the end, they do not take back products. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this fraudulent merchant. DO NOT BUY!!!

I would give zero stars to this website since the company tells customers that shoes and sandals are made in England; but that’s not true, the product co es from China and I have ordered a pair of sandals and a pair of shoes. The order is not complete and they already charged my card. I have contacted them since the order was made at the beginning of May-21 and today is June 14th, 21 and the company suggested me to contact the carrier to answer me the questions. They haven’t sent the complete order. Please be aware that out of the states selling companies don’t respond the way in states companies would respond. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

The quality is very poor, the cheap plastic smell is very bad and strong. The shipping is very long. Very misleading website, I thought this is a US company. Very bad judgment on my side and I want to share with the world not to use this product and website.

I ordered at least 2 mos ago. When the shoes finally arrived I was VERY disappointed. Terrible quality and slippery, thus could cause a fall. They have a ridiculous return policy. I sent them back and asked for a refund. Only after I sent them did they send their return policy. Instead of a refund they offered me 30% off my next order. I wrote back"There will be no next order- you stole my money!"

Regarding your case, we really sad when hearing you said that the item does not fit you. However, we have clearly stated the size chart of this item on our website. Once you placed an order, that means you have read and chosen the right size. Moreover, our policy clearly stated that we will not accept return/refund requests if we send you the correct size and correct variants.

the problem was not the fit! it was the fact they are cheap and would not stay on my foot when I walked. 40 bucks in the trash

UPDATE: The shoes finally arrived after 1 month. They look Nothing like the picture, have a Terrible odor, soles are 1.5” platforms, footbed is Flat and Rock Hard - definitely NOT orthopedic - the strap is Too Short to reach across the top of my foot, and it has some kind of weird clasp that could Never be functional.

They are not even good enough to donate to Good Will.
My money in the trash.

Totally ripped me off! They collected my payment and never sent my shoes. And now their website is out of commission. Thankfully, it wasn’t a ton of money, but I still hate throwing it away. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

DO NOT BUY FROM ONCLOUDWALK! Their customer service is the worse and they are a scam company. Read their return policy. If the shoes do not fit you, too bad on you as they do not accept returns. On top of it, their shoes are so poorly made. They market their shoes as orthopedic shoes which is completely deceitful. They are cheap and probably costs them about $3 to make. I don't understand how anyone gave them a good review. I purchased a pair of shoes from them which does not look like the picture. I could not fit my foot into the shoe which I ordered the same size I have used for over 40 years. I asked if they could return the shoes as they did not fit me and they told me they don't return shoes regardless if the shoes don't fit. How can a shoe company be in business that does not accept returns? I cannot emphasize enough this company is scamming customers into purchasing cheap orthopedic knockoffs.

I bought from there 3 times and the shoes are good quality, shipping is quite long.

I bought one pair for my granddaughter as a birthday gift. I delivered this package 2 weeks later, right before my granddaughter's birthday, thank God. I drove to my son's house in the next day to join the birthday party. My granddaughter cried a lot when I give her my gift because she was very happy. "It is the most beautiful shoes. I haven't ever anything greater than your gift. I love you so much, Granny", her said. I was very glad to hear that. Thank you, I will come back next year, hope that you can introduce more and more beautiful shoes.

Just as described. They’re a bit stiff, but very comparable to my Hey Dude shoes. Not as comfy. Insoles would help, but for the price, absolutely worth it.
