Unfortunately the picture frame was damaged when I received it, however I let onbuy know and after supplying photo's of the damage the supplier immediately sent a new on out to me which arrived within 2 days.

Never recieved order after waiting over 2 weeks ,no tracking or communication from the seller i got a refund in the end but only because i told the seller i would be reporting them put me off using onbuy as most of the sellers are just scammers then lie when you ask where your item is

New Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Phone
The ordered phone arrived quickly, well packed and as described by the seller. A slight quibble - a leaflet enclosed with the phone indicated that it was for the South East Asia market and would need unlocking for use elsewhere (in the UK for me). I messaged the seller for assistance and was told the phone was already unlocked which turned out to be true. It would have avoided my concern if its unlocked status had been stated on the website.

I think it's probably pot luck with this outfit. In my experience, item wasn't delivered and no refund offered despite seemingly friendly communication. Not a business I'll be using again.
