Multiple failed processes, poor customer service
I placed an order I realised very quickly on the wrong item. At the end of the day — my mistake, but the processes could have been improved to help correct my error.
- No cancel button on the order page: I was forced to cancel the order via support with has a 24 hours SLA and not actually fast enough to actually do anything other than have me return the item at my own expense (I did try)
- Being given the option for delivery was nice (but given the order amount it's normal to not pay for this). I chose Evri.
- Evri delivered quickly but marked the parcel as delivered before I could ask them to return it — now that parcel is lost
- Customer support on both Evri and Olpro has been frustrating. I'm answered by a different support agent each time with slow (and now no replies) not really tackling the root of my issue (I want a refund!)

The chairs didn’t arrive within the allotted time. I chased the order via Olpro and Evri (delivery) and eventually ended up with one of the two chairs ordered! Save your time and order from Amazon! No serious trader should use Evri. Just dreadful

Cubo awning
The awning I purchased has only been used once and appeared of good quality and sturdy. As for delivery the box was broken in several places which had me worried that the product could be damaged.
